At 18 years of age I should have been a fit young woman who wanted to grab life with both hands. Although I wasn’t depressed and did not have anything physically wrong with me, I had certainly adjusted to living a life that lacked true health and wellbeing.
At 174 cm tall I weighed 80 kilograms and had little vitality or motivation. I felt sluggish and often woke up with enormous back and shoulder pain, a tight jaw and felt constantly dehydrated. I remember having to seek support from my mum who was a qualified bodyworker, as most mornings I physically couldn’t get out of bed without a back rub, allowing me to stand up straight and proceed with my day. During this time I was on the contraceptive pill and had been since age 15, so my periods were falsely manufactured and I therefore had little knowledge of just how much my body was struggling. After I finished a long-term relationship at age 20 I decided to go off the pill, in order to see if I could shift some of the excess weight and regain some aliveness in my body, as my libido was now well and truly dead.
After a number of months, I realized that my menstrual cycle was actually very irregular, with no warning or rhythm of my periods it was truly a lucky dip, some months they would come, with droughts in-between. This went on for some time until I experienced an extended drought, not having a period for 10 months, at which point I decided to get medical help. After a number of referrals and medical tests I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), informed that I had an imbalance in my testosterone and warned that weight loss would be a constant struggle and fertility may be difficult. I asked the professionals in front of me what I could do and they prescribed the contraceptive pill, saying this would resolve the issue of irregular periods. I felt the contraceptive pill would more cover up rather than resolve the main issue and decided to see a nutritionist instead. My nutritionist told me that the priority was to lose weight in order to get me back into my healthy BMI range. After 6 months of a low GI diet and increasing my exercise to a minimum of 4 out of 7 days I had dropped 5 kilograms, weighing in at 75 kilograms. However I still had no periods.
My mother had been attending some complementary health workshops and suggested I have an Esoteric Breast Massage. This was my first session with an Esoteric practitioner and I remember feeling uncertain, as the modality was unusual and felt a little exposing. However the session was very respectful, and honoring of where I was at in terms of being a young woman who was clearly self-conscious. Throughout the session I had a realisation that I did not have a healthy relationship with my breasts and instead felt a lot of shame about them. There was a hard numbness to them and I left the session pondering on this new connection I had made with my breasts. Within the week of receiving this session I had my first period in what was about 16 months. Throughout the next 12 months my periods were still not regular, but they were much more frequent. On a second occasion, after about a 2-month drought, I experienced getting my period 5 minutes after receiving an Esoteric Kidney and Ovary Massage.
Six years on I’m now in my late 20’s and thanks to the support of the esoteric modalities I have changed my diet and exercise regime to one that is much more supportive of me. I make more self-loving and honoring choices in all aspects of my life as I have a much stronger connection to what I want and need. I no longer feel sluggish; I wake filled with vitality and motivation (with 1 or 2 days exception…I am human). I have a new and amazing connection with my breasts, often admiring them in the mirror. They have gone from an A cup to C cup, however, I have gone from 80 kg to 60kg. With this weight loss my body structure has changed, with slender shoulders and less of an armouring stance in my back and arms; the feeling and texture of my skin has even changed! I am also happy to report I have had regular periods for over 4 years now. I experience my periods as an amazing clearing and time to connect and reflect more deeply with myself. I feel powerful and excited about contributing to society, getting on with life, doing what I love and living life to the full.
I feel that Serge Benhayon, through the teachings of Universal Medicine and the delivery of healing modalities such as the Esoteric Breast Massage, has helped me to understand myself and my body more deeply, supporting me to reconnect to who I truly am, and restore harmony to my body, as shown to me now by the regularity of my periods, the fullness of my breasts, and the light in my eyes.

It is lovely to read how you were supported to make such choices whilst being supported by your family.
Our body is such a finely tuned piece of magic. How it all works so perfectly just blows me away and the fact that our tension causes trouble for this perfectly oiled piece of magic is sad. What is incredible though, is that as we ease the tension, the body remembers exactly how it likes to flow and off it goes, back to its magic ways. I am constantly in awe and love what you have shared here.
“living life to the full” This is a beautiful reflection of taking responsibility for the way we live and the support offered by the esoteric modalities of Universal Medicine.
‘I felt the contraceptive pill would more cover up rather than resolve the main issue ….’. Doctors often look at the quick fix of how to get periods back on a regular basis, beautiful that you instinctively knew that the pill would cover up what your body was exposing to you. Universal Medicine modalities truly assist us in reconnecting to our inner selves and when we do our body has a more harmonious balance and a physical change can occur as we adjust to what is correct for who we are.
“After a number of referrals and medical tests I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), informed that I had an imbalance in my testosterone and warned that weight loss would be a constant struggle and fertility may be difficult.” In some ways this is not a very confirming and supporting diagnosis, almost giving you the excuse to give up on yourself because it will be a struggle to lose weight. And that shows how it is very important for ourselves to discern what is true and what is not and look for the support we truly need.
We may see the body as separate to the being, the part of us that has free will and makes choices, and that illness and disease are random, but it’s actually all interconnected, and if we are not living all that we are it does have an effect on the body. Being you, who you truly and soulfully are, is a big part of being healthy physically. Even if because of how we have lived the body carries a condition that now won’t clear we can still experience living in the fullness of our true selves and all the joy it brings.
Isn’t it amazing how our bodies communicate to us that there is something about the way we live and treat our body that doesn’t support it’s divine particles. Universal Medicine offers a great opportunity with learning to listen to the signals of our body and looking at the energetic cause (in addition to the physical of course) of illnesses and diseases. With greater awareness each of us has the possibility to make different choices, because the way we live and the choices we make are our greatest form of medicine.
The esoteric modalities offer a deep support in re-claiming ourselves in full and choosing a deeper level of self-care and nurturing to re-build a new foundation upon throughout our lives..
The disconnection to our bodies can lead to millions of different illnesses and diseases, we can live our lives on a functional level like so many of us do – with the great cars, houses and clothes – or we could choose to look beneath the surface and understand the truth of life as presented to us by the millions of universal particles that make up what we call the human body.
The light in our eyes is an awesome marker of how alive and connected to our soul we are.
Such a great example of how what can seem a condition that could be for life can be reversed by changing how we are with oursleves. The teachings of Serge Benhayon applied to life and the support of Esoteric Healing Modalities can bring about huge transformations.
I’ve not had a regular period for a few years now and felt that I’ve exhausted the medical avenues currently presenting themselves. Esoteric Medicine presented through the Sacred Esoteric Healing modalities has expanded my understanding of the condition and I don’t feel as lost as I would if I had only conventional medicine to base my understandings from.
This is such a gift isn’t it Leigh. We are offered an expansion on the our understanding about a condition – this is why conventional and esoteric medicine make such a good combination.
What I love about esoteric healing modalities is that the pretty much immediate effect of the session aside, they put us back in charge of our life if we so choose to. We are offered an opportunity, an energetic ignition of a kind, to start making different choices, and empower ourselves in truth.
To feel how you’re now in a place where you embrace life, and your place in it is very inspiring. And the line that popped out was this ‘I have a much stronger connection to what I want and need.’ … a deep connection and honouring of the body and where you’re at, this is something missing for many in society and having this story shared here is great for all of us to be reminded that there is another way, a deeply vital way we all can live.
What you are describing here Jess is confirmation for me that medicine and healing is way beyond the commonly accepted physical anatomy, physiology and biochemistry, but there is something deeper here at play that is energetic and to do with how much we honour our bodies and therefore how we live energetically with our bodies. It seems to me that your condition only shifted when with the support of the esoteric breast massage you began to consider and explore this relationship.
Our body is a great marker of truth and is incredibly responsive when we lovingly start to honour the dialogue that it has with us, and we make choices from that information.
Beautiful sharing Jessica that illustrates the fact that the Universal Medicine modalities that are based on Esoteric Medicine are incredibly supportive of and healing for our bodies.
Conventional medicine is amazing but it’s not perfect. But when combined with what Universal Medicine brings through the Sacred Esoteric Healing Modalities, that’s when we can understand the bigger picture more clearly. This has changed my relationship with illness as when I have a condition I am not left in blame or ‘why me?’ which only makes matters worse.
It is so interesting that the contraceptive pill is so often prescribed as a fix for not having periods or other period related problems, even though it is actually giving us artificial periods and is not a true healing for the lack of periods or period problems. It rather covers up the absence of them and the message our body is giving us and thus also the opportunity to truly heal – which you did and is an amazing testimony to true healing.
So true Lieke – it is a catch all solution without addressing the underlying issue. I feel that doctors are so overwhelmed they just need to find quick fixes for the less dramatic problems.
That is a great point Lucy as there is a lot of pressure on doctors as well to find cures, answers and fixes for our illnesses and problems. It definitely is not just one profession’s fault, it is about all of us and how we set up our societies, that is where the problem lays.
Awesome sharing, thank you Jess, this gave me many points to reflect on. I was obese and also had PCOS but have lost over 30 kgs but am still in the overweight category. I was happy with this because it was so different to how I was before however in reading this I noticed that I still do feel tired and sluggish in my body so there is room for more changes and that I am not far off the healthy weight range and can feel the difference this makes in my body.
This is such an amazing confirmation of the changes you’ve made and how you now live Jessica. And given how much more common and prevalent PCOS and period issues are today, it’s a story that needs to be heard far and wide. There is so much more to how we live and are with us than many of us have allowed … your new found relationship with your periods is very inspiring… a time to reflect and consider how you’ve lived; that’s a game changer, to embrace our cycle as a way and time to reflect, and to feel how we’ve been and how life is for us … the gift our periods give us.
It always amazes me the way our body clearly shows to us what is not working and how precisely it responds to our attention when we come back to listen to it again.
A truly stunning testimony to both the Esoteric Breast Massage and your choice to commit to not settling for disconnection, apathy and ill health…. Instead embracing all of yourself in full, embodying the beauty and power of being a woman and being inspired through your depth of connection to commit to contributing to society, getting on with life, doing what you love and living life to the full…. A way of life that benefits the all.
The power of The Esoteric Breast Massage cannot be under estimated. I have found it hugely supportive in my life and know plenty of people who have, as a result of Esoteric Breast Massage treatments, changed the way they are with themselves, clearing old beliefs and ideals which have been behind unhealthy behavioural patterns.
This is the best story, I love the way you share, I mean, it’s so a matter of fact and down to earth and then you take a moment as a reader and realise that you are describing a modern day miracle! I can imagine there are heaps of women around the world that have irregular periods and are simply prescribed the pill for life until they finally get menopause! Serge really does support in a way that is indescribable, what an awesome human being!
Esoteric healing truly supports the body to return to its natural rhythm, and I loved reading how different you feel now, when we truly connect with ourselves there is so much more we are able to offer society and our life becomes very fulfilling too.
An amazing turn around of your condition Jessica bringing harmony to your body and light to your eyes, beautiful. Esoteric healing modalities are deeply supportive in healing ourselves.
An amazing account of how when we do not settle for being just ok, take responsibility for our health and wellbeing and are committed to making changes, miracles happen.
Yes this is indeed a remarkable story and a recovery from a condition that is usually unheard of in mainstream medicine. A combination of a truly supportive modality with the utmost integrity and a client willing to take responsibility for their own healing. So there is definitely something here for medical science to consider and explore.
I loved reading this blog as it has so many answers or at least things to ponder for any women experiencing POCS. So often these women spend years getting the run around from doctors and treatment options are not that great. Jess brings a valuable personal experience that can support other women.
What an inspiring transformation, thank you for sharing this Jessica. In your first paragraph you expose an affliction that we are all affected by and mostly succumb to. We ‘adjust’ to a perceived sense of what is ‘normal’ which is measured by the society we are surrounded by, where we are considered healthy if we are not sick, or visibly ill. This measure of health is an injustice to the degree of vitality we are born to live, and as you have clearly shown us through your lived experience, we have the potential to live with far greater health and well-being when we live guided by our connection to our bodies and being. True health is so much more than just being free from illness and dis-ease.
Committing to healing ourselves by way of the Esoteric modalities we get to offer the world a re-imprinted body of who we are which forever expands if we so choose. Evolving does not stop once one area of the body is healed.
The way medicine is currently operating – we have an amazing way of diagnosing something wrong with a person – and then immediately jump to a “pill” or “procedure” without truly getting to the root of why someone has an illness. Yes the system at present doesn’t support this – it supports to get through as many people as possible with the hope of quick effective treatment so that it can all keep running.
It’s a remarkable story Jess, and it shows how false the message spread by the women’s magazines about what is needed to love oneself and feel comfortable and vibrant in your body, in fact such a way of speaking would never be on their agenda as it doesn’t sell into a destructive cycle of obedience. The structural changes in your posture alone is something that would benefit the health of so many people. How much we damage our health when we don’t live in an way that is open and accepting of our body, and how incredible that you sought the help of the esoteric modalities and the miraculous changes this unfolded.
When I was 21 and stopped having my period I was told by a doctor that I ‘should not complain as many girls my age would enjoy not having their period’ and that it would return surely at some point. I was baffled at the time but now understand that from a medical perspective we fall way short in having answers to what is going on in young women’s bodies. With the rise of problems in young women, as I also come across in my own practice, shows us that we simply cannot afford to keep Universal Medicine Therapies on the sideline as without it no true answers can be given.
It saddens me that the best option we currently have for PCOS is the pill. As you have said it really just covers up the fact that your body and cycle are trying to tell you there is something wrong. What I find most concerning in this scenario is that we the clients have come to the point where a pill to appear to fix the cycle is considered enough, so medicine seeks no further and we have no real desire to get to the root of the problem or achieve health and vitality.
These changes are huge and something be truly appreciated, it’s evidence of the great value and support offered by Universal Medicine’s Therapies.
Very inspiring account of leaving no stone unturned and taking responsibility for all aspects of your life and the quality you live in.
I wonder how many young women unnecessarily suffer similar problems the way you did Jessica, which could be sorted out the same way you have overcome them with the help of the amazing Esoteric Practitioners available these days.
The body’s response to true energetic healing is nothing short of incredible yet at the same time it shows us how our body is forever willing to return to harmony.
That is quite a story Jessica, and its the last bit… the brightness returning to your eyes that shows that you are now truly awake inside.
“I make more self-loving and honoring choices in all aspects of my life as I have a much stronger connection to what I want and need.” Very wise words Jessica, to self love and honour oneself, sets us up to be able to honour everyone else around us.
This is an incredible turnaround – not just the physical changes but the way that you feel within yourself too and how I get the sense that these changes are truly sustainable and something that you’ll continue to deepen in your life rather than just being short-term change.
Yes, whilst medicine often just looks at function like getting the periods back by taking the pill, how the person feels in themselves is often overlooked. Even though I would say this is more important than function.
Often we are given the diagnosis and the pill to help with menstruation issues, and are sent on our way. Then when things do not improve we start to settle and live with it, and many times we are told we have to live with it, whatever the it is. So to read that there are other options available to us as women is hugely supportive.
To return to our bodies natural rhythms and cycles is indeed a confirmation of reconnecting to who we are as women.
Our bodies are amazing, it doesn’t hold back in telling us that something is not balanced and its ability to heal is tremendous. What you’ve shared Jessica is something a lot of women would want to read because your transformation is unheard of and hugely inspiring.
What a beautiful example of reconnecting with the wisdom of the body and listening and responding to its communication.
The power of healing the body is what life is all about, the depth and expansion that is offered in the everyday then is magically divine.
Jess this is an amazing sharing, which I have just re-read for the second or third time! I have to agree that the esoteric modalities are a true blessing especially because they inspire us to make changes in our lives and in the way we live that are long lasting and allow us to build a solid foundation of true health. I have tried and tested many modalities out there, and not one in my opinion asks the level of responsibility that the esoteric modalities ask, and not one delivers the truth like the esoteric modalities. I am truly blessed to have come across these, and more so blessed to have embraced them in my life.
Your sharing of your learning and wisdom Jessica of where you are now is so inspiring for other women to understand what is truly happening to their bodies energetically. . Previously, in my experience, such problems were rarely discussed outside the doctor’s surgery, or even between friends, let alone how you share the way you have learnt to overcome the issues. Your expression serves as a support for many.
Well said Gill, this blog is valuable sharing for women to read and may inspire women to start opening up more to having conversations on these topics. We learn so much from each other when we are willing to share our experiences and Jessica’s experience is amazing.
I find it absurd how western medicine can prescribe something like the pill without looking at the root cause of what is actually going on. This is where complementary practices can greatly assist in our overall wellbeing.
What a beautiful account of how not feeling healthy and well, doesn’t have to mean you have serious illness and disease, but a general feeling of a lack of vitality and motivation, this too is about health and wellbeing and is important. The issue with your periods, of course also reflecting a deeper relationship with your body. Really amazing how these modalities you speak of, can and did transform how you lived and felt about yourself.
“Within the week of receiving this session I had my first period in what was about 16 months.” – Esoteric Breast Massages can be extremely powerful! This is such a blessing Jess to have embraced and allowed for! Well done and thank you for sharing this so that we can all learn as women about caring more deeply for ourselves, and learning to tune into the cycles of nature that are here on a day to day basis for us to have as support.
We are accepting more and more physiological dysfunction, illness and disease as ‘normal’ these days… as in living with unwellness and not even considering it as such. This is an inspiring blog that shows us we do not have to accept what are considered as chronic conditions as a life sentence, and that we do have the wherewithal to turn things around and ‘re-write’ prognoses.
This is key what you say here Matilda. In accepting chronic conditions there isn’t the openness to discover and understand what may be the underlying causes of the condition.
It is beautiful to understand more and more that true healing is coming from taking true choices.
This reminds us how important it is to embrace whatever it is we might be physically or otherwise facing. As there is always a transformation and ultimately evolution being offered.
Jessica, this is really interesting to read, what a turnaround you have made in your life, making more self loving choices and what an amazing effect this has had on your body, ‘I feel powerful and excited about contributing to society, getting on with life, doing what I love and living life to the full.’
The amazingness of how our body changes as we align more with being who we are in our every day choices. The wisdom of the body is so deeply inspiring and boy oh boy we are this walking wisdom!
I love how in the midst of all the physical issues you were faced with, you did not wish to simply go for eradicating the symptoms and were committed to get to the bottom of it, whatever it required and however long it took. And what a turn around. Very inspiring.
The story you are sharing here, to me, feels like a miraculous one. When so many women are putting up with exhaustion, burn out and painful symptoms to have someone show that it is possible to turn life around with commitment and support is truly inspiring. By getting stories like this out there it offers the possibility to many that life doesn’t have to be a painful challenge but can be one of health, vitality and joy.
What a great story and testament to choosing to return to making choices that support and nurture your body. It goes to show how much and quickly our body responds when we choose to truly listen to it.
When we are ready help is at hand. When we stop and take responsibility of our body and health we meet the right people on the way that show us there is another away. It is beautiful that you chose to have EBM and then from their started to take responsibility of your self. With making loving choices for one self through diet, exercise and rest, you have supported your own body to heal and lose weight. How amazing is that.
Each time I read personal testimonies of the healing power of the Esoteric Breast Massage I am continually inspired to return for more, knowing that healing never stops and is an ongoing relationship we can have with every part of our body.
a most inspiring turnaround, and I very much look forward to the sequel.
An amazing ‘never too late’ testimonial – it is incredible how we can turn around apparently chronic conditions, defying prognoses.
A professor of statistics once told me that most female health symptoms are eventually overcome and that makes a lot of sense as the amount of pain and suffering associated is a powerful motivator to make the necessary changes. What may also be worth considering is that the road from symptoms or ailment to recovery could be much shorter if women had better tools and choices available. That seems well worth pursuing and you describe esoteric healing as one such approach.
I can see how the contraceptive pill is used to fix a lot of things. I am not pointing at doctors, I am saying that they have a solution that works for a lot of things. But I can see the opportunity here for women to ask themselves ‘what else comes with the symptoms and is it possible I can look at how I am living.’ I was once offered the pill because my skin was bad. It didn’t make sense to me so I explored deeper into what was going on with my skin. Sometimes just by looking at the whole we can pay more attention to how we are living and find this brings huge change. And I have also felt the power of Esoteric healing which has supported me to make those changes and work with medicine.
This is a great example of combining Esoteric Medicine with Western Medicine, and the true health and wellbeing that can come by drawing on both worlds. And it’s not just the healing of the illness that’s important, it’s the true healing of the person who now lives with joy, vitality and self love. You can’t really have a true physical healing without this.
I have known you over those years Jess, and witnessed and been in awe of the changes you describe. You have ‘come to life’ before my eyes so to speak, and it has been one of the greatest testaments to esoteric healing and Esoteric Breast Massage that I have seen….apart from my own transformation!!:-)
We are not committed by a diagnosis. We can develop an extraordinary quality of life with attention and dedication to the way we live, supported by Esoteric Healing modalities.
Hear hear Rachel, there are many who are the greatest testaments to the depth of efficacy of esoteric healing and Esoteric Breast Massage.
Many young women go on the pill at a time in their life where there is the opportunity to develop a relationship with their cycle and their body. Yet the pill makes this very challenging and a woman’s cycle can become very mechanical. The pill is a great form of contraception and contraception is a very responsible choice. But it seems to come at the expense of our relationship with our bodies.
The Esoteric Breast Massage offers a level of healing and connection that is hard to imagine. The way we see the breasts, what they mean to us and what role they play as an important part of the female body is clouded, and so when someone says they feel better about their breasts, there can be an instant pooh poohing, or dismissing of this as feminism or mother earth nonsense. But what if our breasts are more than about sex and feeding children, what if they are an inherently important part of a woman’s body that should be nurtured and respected. These and many more questions are posed by the Esoteric Breast Massage.
To discover what type of relationship you have with your breasts is a huge step towards restoring breast health. Its like the first domino to fall here, as then this offers the whole body, on an emotional, cellular and psychological level, enormous healing.
Yes, the very idea of having a relationship with a part of us, let alone one this pivotal, is a great step to improve one’s health.
If just one person breaks the cycle of what illness and disease means, shouldn’t we all take stock and not just write it off as a one-off. We have a culture of prescribing medication to deal with everything, and while it is crucial to have this, there is a lesson in this sharing from Jess that applies to so many conditions. How can we have someone being told they will be affected with health problems for the rest of their life, and then in what seems like the next breath they have healed themselves through their own choices. That is worth studying and changing the whole model of physician care to open up to the broadness of the body’s capacity to heal through how we live.
I agree Stephen. It is awful when people write a powerful transformation off as coincidence. I now understand it is how we try to let ourselves off the hook of taking care of ourselves.
If great and true change when I take care of myself is a coincidence, then so is the degeneration of my body when I don’t take care of it. A neat attempt at logic. Thankfully the human body doesn’t fall for it.
We should definitely not write ourselves off for any reason or give our power away to any outer authority. After years of being told by the medical world they could do nothing further to help me, I found a Western medical doctor who has profoundly altered my health. And with the help of Esoteric Medicine I have healed the underlying causes to my health conditions and made many changes to my own health and wellbeing through my daily choices. Even if we have a terminal illness, Esoteric Medicine still works beautifully with Western Medicine to bring about healing to our quality of life.
Yes Melinda, even if we have long term illness, it doesn’t mean we must write off everything, in fact we must always look at the quality of our life and what areas we are healing. Perhaps we are burdened too much by the idea of prolonging life and death being the end, but what if it is all just part of an endless cycle, how might we view our lifestyle and quality in every moment with that perspective.
Very powerful changes, wise choices, thanks for sharing Jessica.
This shows the power of esoteric healing Jessica when your body changes in such a way that defies your earlier experience in life, simply by restoring harmony within. Not settling for mediocrity but blossoming in true health is how we all could be living.
Thank you so much for sharing this huge topic Jessica. Lovely how you didn’t settle for the symptoms and found a true way for yourself, listening to your body – very beautiful and hugely inspiring.
It’s beautiful how you report that not only have there been great changes in the health of your body in terms of the regularity of your periods, weight re-balancing, healed back and jaw and vitality but that the spark in you has returned – the light in your eyes and connection you feel within yourself and in your life.
Yes it is never just about our physical health – and this is an inspiring article that confirms that our sense of well-being, mood and relationship with life is affected by our physical well being.
More and more I get aware how crucial choices are and in which energy and level of dedication we make them.
The changes in your body through making different lifestyle choices with the support of Esoteric Healing modalities are profound and show that we are the result of our own choices and therefore have the power to change this through changing them.
‘Although I wasn’t depressed and did not have anything physically wrong with me, I had certainly adjusted to living a life that lacked true health and wellbeing’. This is a great point Jessica as what we see as the current world marker of ‘healthy’ is well on the way to illness and disease – the disease just hasn’t manifested yet.
An amazing process – building from disregard and dislike of your body to appreciation and respect. This is an inspiring testimony to the work of Universal Medicine.
And here is one amazing case among many, what other possibilities are there to reverse ill health that get swept under the carpet. The lifestyles we lead should be the forefront of our medical interventions, as the effect of how we live is so influential in regard to how well we feel.
I am so interested in the fact that you had a massage for your kidneys and ovaries and your period started so soon afterwards. I have found this to be the case too, that my body is sometimes too tense and tired to do what it needs to do. The massage supports a surrendering so the body can do the healing and clearing it needs to do. It is so simple yet incredibly powerful to feel how the body knows exactly what to do it just needs the space to do it.
we are definitely selling ourselves short when we choose to resign ourselves to continual painful cycles, and constant disharmony and unease in the body… learning to read and understand the clear signals the body is offering and therein we have the potential to arise out of destructive harmful behaviours to a truly honouring way of living – one that allows our natural clarity wisdom and love to shine forth.
Go on the pill or have an Esoteric Breast Massage (EBM)? Pretty amazing that you chose an EBM, given you knew little about it. Goes to show how aligned naturally you are to your soul who guided you in a true healing direction. All these years later you are now a true role model to young women
It is such a common story to have no connection to our bodies and the cycles that they respond to and yet when you hear your story Jess, it seems a wondrous reconnection and embracing of the natural flow and cycle we can have as women.
The messages our body gives us are so often over ridden and not acknowledged for what they are and a quick fix is looked for instead of really looking at and being honest enough to change our lives. What an amazing sharing of the power we all hold that you have shared in bringing true love and care into your life and your health.
.
I have a friend that is going through something similar to what you have described in your blog, it’s great to know that there is more than hope for her, you seemed to have really turned your life around and having a normal cycle again must feel amazing. It obviously took commitment and bravery on your behalf, I would have been freaked out at the idea if an EBM being my first session or experience with Universal Medicine. But then again, it is so normal and caring when you are actually getting one, I would often just opt for an arm massage or a lymphatic massage if I was feeling too vulnerable to have an EBM and the sessions I got were powerful in their own right, just connecting with a woman that is still in her body and not racy was amazing in itself.
I never considered that the way I was living as a woman would affect what my body was showing me. That painful periods, sore swollen breasts is actually not normal and that the way I have been living that is not honouring of the woman that I am creates such dis-harmony in my body. Thanks to Serge Benhayon and Esoteric Women’s Health I have started to bring more awareness to the way I am living and making changes to support a vital and harmonious body that is now starting to feel really lovely to live with. There are times when my body speaks up and I am reminded to look at how I am living. So powerful and empowering.
Love what you share here Jessica, how awesome are the esoteric therapies that they inspire such profound change.
A beautiful and inspiring sharing Jessica, thank you. You have shown how connecting to our body and preciousness leads the way.
Wow, so hard to believe you were in such a tough place Jessica. I don’t know you very well but when I have been in your presence you feel the exact opposite of where you were not so long ago. What an amazing turnaround and testament to the healing modalities and your willingness to surrender your body to discovering the truth of who you are.
The moment we take into consideration that the way we are living is either good or bad medicine as presented by Serge Benhayon we are encouraged and empowered to contribute to our own health and would assist the medical professionals a great deal in restoring our wellbeing instead of expecting them to do it all for us.
“I feel that Serge Benhayon, through the teachings of Universal Medicine and the delivery of healing modalities such as the Esoteric Breast Massage, has helped me to understand myself and my body more deeply,” The work of a true healer is not about doing something to or for us, but in empowering us to restore ourselves through deepening our awareness of and connection to our bodies and our innate wisdom. Once accomplished, then it’s up to us how far we run with it.
The opportunity to share and feel this blog is beautiful for all women and allows a real understanding of the responsibility we all have with our own bodies to deeply love ourselves and our bodies; something quite rare in the world. “through the teachings of Universal Medicine and the delivery of healing modalities such as the Esoteric Breast Massage, has helped me to understand myself and my body more deeply, supporting me to reconnect to who I truly am, and restore harmony to my body, as shown to me now by the regularity of my periods, the fullness of my breasts, and the light in my eyes.” Inspirational.
It is amazing what is possible when we listen to our bodies and the outcomes that can be had from our choices.
Jessica it is amazing and truly lovely to hear how your whole relationship with your body and your actual body has changed. What I felt was how many other 18 year olds and 17, 16, 15, 14, 13 year olds etc., feel like this, with zero vitality and well-being: ‘I should have been a fit young woman who wanted to grab life with both hands. Although I wasn’t depressed and did not have anything physically wrong with me, I had certainly adjusted to living a life that lacked true health and wellbeing.’ Probably quite a lot, which definitely says something about us as a society and world in how we are living. However, Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine with what they live, present, teach (including the healing modalities) have supported many different people from all walks of life and ages to truly turn their health around. I know, because the same has happened for me. This is still a work in progress, but it just goes to show if we make different choices from a place of self-love, everything can change.
As a woman this is an amazing story to read and appreciate that we can always be open and it is very inspiring for us all to open up to each other and feel that there is no ‘perfect’ life. We all have things to go through and by sharing them with each other we start to become much more transparent which is so needed as women.
There are so many turn-around health stories like this amongst the people who work with Universal Medicine – the link is too obvious to ignore.
The more we as women open up and share how we are feeling and what we have gone through, especially stories like Jess’s, then we can truly inspire each other to be All of who we are and let go of all the ideals and beliefs that we think we need to be, which are causing much strain and disharmony within our bodies.
An absolute Miracle healing Jessica, thanks for sharing. It’s amazing that the body can go through so much and then be a joy-full and renewed, vital vehicle once it has been healed.
The Esoteric Breast Massage for women anecdotally shows that it is deeply healing for a woman and women’s health issues.
Beautiful sharing Jess, it highlights the lost connection many women experience, and the physical effects this can have on our body. Your sharing offers a path way back to love through the connection of our bodies.
It seems very common to accept the diagnosis and sign the contract that goes with it. The cover up or management pill is taken and acceptance swallowed. This is a beautiful case where no blind eye was turned to the medical, but it was used in conjunction with lifestyle choices and esoteric therapies. From my understanding, the contract you were once give that had a lifetime clause, has been shredded and deemed null and void.
I also went through a period of 9 months without getting my period. It was awful. I ended up having a Sacred Esoteric healing session and sharing how upset about this I was with my practitioner. We then talked about the importance of holding myself as a woman and connecting to the quality of stillness throughout my day. Leaving the session I put this into practice and two days later I got my period. Complementary therapies really do complement the medical system and teach us a lot about self responsibility.
Your blog Jess has reminded me of the time when I decided to take the Pill and what an awful effect it had on me. My energy crashed, I got migraines three or four times a week, my libido completely disappeared, which did make it a successful contraceptive in one sense because all my romantic desires had completely evaporated! And it masked what was really happening in my body, effectively creating a layer of numbness between my physiology and me, which although was not in perfect working order to say the least, was still a relationship I wished to maintain. Coming off the Pill can be a huge decision, but your experience and mine begs the question of its real purpose when used to disguise a problem that requires much deeper attention, is it just a solution that is in effect contributing to a bigger problem that we will need address to later on down the road?
The way you talk about yourself as a woman now is so beautiful. I can feel the deep appreciation you have for your body – which is the foundation for all things. To honour yourself like this is hugely supportive for other women to feel and see. Thank you Jess for sharing. What a joy.
Goes to show that if we let our body be itself it will regulate naturally to what is needed.
Restoring the harmony within a woman’s body certainly seems the way forward in the approach to dealing with women’s health issues.
And not only does it restore health, it also opens us up to accessing the qualities of being a woman and how we can share these in our relationships and lives.
It’s amazing how we have developed a knowing of what won’t work anymore once we become open to it as is the case here Jessica when it was suggested you go back onto the pill. An amazing example of the power in our choices and the loving support in this from Universal Medicine and the healing modalities.
We often don´t even know how much we impose on our body a way of living that is detrimental to its natural harmony due to what is considered to be normal, okay or agreed upon as a socially accepted behaviour until we come back to listening and honouring the body or at least giving it a chance to recover and show us how well it can be without our harming contribution.
I agree Shirley-Ann – I find it fascinating when we think that there is a true body shape and size for us, not necessarily connected to losing or gaining weight but to how much of ourselves we claim and live.
It is truly remarkable that the body is communicating to us on a day to day level and how we tend to ignore this process.
The contraceptive pill has been seen as a wonder pill by the medical profession to help women with period pains, but it is prescribed without looking at the bigger picture and that if there is pain or our periods stop that this is a sign that our bodies are no long in an harmonious state and that there is something that needs to be looked at. The contraceptive pill can mask a lot of signs that we would otherwise take more notice of. Great that you could feel that “the contraceptive pill would more cover up rather than resolve the main issue and decided to see a nutritionist instead.” and took responsibility for your own body and looked past the pain and the diagnosis
this article shows there is sooo much more to medicine and healing than what is offered by current conventional medicine – conventional medicine is great and wouldn’t be without it, but it mostly offers symptom management and pharmaceutical support, and then more drugs to deal with effects of the first drugs, but what you have shared Jess shows the power of true self-care, self enquiry and how loving choices can transform our health and lives from the inside out.
The body’s saddest travesty is that its extraordinary powers of healing get used against itself. Even when subjugated to vast amounts of poison it continues on to do its best and sort things out. It’s successful, to the point that we think this way of living is ‘ok’ and ‘normal’. But it is not. Just imagine if we stopped accepting ‘just getting by’ and gave our bodies true support? My how we might fly. Your story shows Jessica that it’s never too late to truly back your body to heal to the max. It’s just waiting to help deal with and end everything that’s bad for it – it is our true friend. Rather than growing cysts and disease we could be growing the most amazing partnership with our physiology.
“I make more self-loving and honoring choices in all aspects of my life as I have a much stronger connection to what I want and need.” As we re-connect with our natural impulses, it’s amazingly confirming to observe how completely we can support ourselves.
When I look around at my peers so many, like you were, have no vibrancy, libido, no zest for life. You are a role model for all Jessica!
Yes, a role model to celebrate, before the former scenario becomes even more normalised and accepted.
It amazes me to hear the reality of the health and well-being status of younger women. It has me asking what is going on that we move so far from our natural vitality at such an early stage and age of life? Your understanding of this and the choices you have made to care for your self and absolutely turn this around with support of the Esoteric Healing Modalities is a testament that the compromising conditions of our health can be changed if we are willing to take responsibility of our health.
To me this shows exactly how much power lays in the love / loving connection we hold inside. We can ‘blame’ or ‘analyse’ that everything’s in the DNA, but this sharing offers us the fact that we’re able to heal our own destructive patterns and behaviours by choosing, self-care, self-love and deeply self-nurturing into our lives. Could it be that our world – in each case of illness and disease – would be far better off if we would get loving and caring support that helps us re-connect to our loving essence inside of us? Besides the already astonishing conventional treatment that our carers, nurses and doctors provide.
The contraceptive pill is so quickly prescribed when there are issues with a woman’s periods, be it not having periods or having very intense and painful periods. But as you say this is not treating the root cause of the issue and it is actually not healing anything at all. it makes it only look like we are having a period but what happens in the body is far from it because there is no ovulation.
It is really important to look beyond symptom relief to the underlying causes of any physiological dysfunction. Our bodies are always signposting us to pay attention and we are too quick to dismiss the significance of what we are being shown.
I too have noticed changes in my cycle when I have received Esoteric healing. Where I would normally come on my period within a day of when I am due there has been several occasions when I have had an Esoteric healing session and come on my period within 24 hours of having the session. It now has become a thing of the past to get surprised when I come on my period after having Esoteric healing but what I know is that the day I come on my period is the right day for me for that month.
I’ve always found my skin reacts pretty instantly to the choices I’m making and how I choose to live as well Jessica; aside from having allergies to many foods and getting rashes when something doesn’t agree with me, stress, not drinking enough water, not paying attention to detail or rushing can also cause dry skin, bruising, weak nails and so forth!
Inspired again by how efficient our bodies are at communicating and how our ‘listening’ skills develop the more we practise.
This piece confirms to me that everything is energy, because with all the solutions in sight, nothing was truly able to resolve the underlying cause of why your periods had stopped until the energy in your body was addressed by you with the support of the Esoteric Healing Practitioners. The fact that this is when the real and lasting change occurred is beyond proof to me that when we incorporate the living sciences of energetic quality in to our lives we become free to be the people that we are.
Absolutely agree Shami a sound confirmation that this process of energetic healing is about returning to something we already are.
I agree Shami – and when the energetic truth of live is married with the wonders of conventional medicine just imagine the paradigm shift that would occur in health
Beautifully said Shami and I absolutley agree. As far as I am aware, there is nothing that can replace this most fundamental, no nonsense, practical approach to our health, whatever aliment or condition we may have.
“….supporting me to reconnect to who I truly am, and restore harmony to my body, as shown to me now by the regularity of my periods, the fullness of my breasts, and the light in my eyes” – how the body speaks and communicates the quality of our whole being. Truly gorgeous to see the quality of beauty in your case Jessica.
The turnaround in your health might be considered a miracle, but it needs to be understood the level of commitment you brought to truly addressing the choices in your life that were not honouring and to choose differently, along with the support of the esoteric modalities – and then the miracle that you have brought – the health and vibrancy that have been restored, can be the miracle that another can bring to their own lives. It may not be the complete cessation of symptoms, but the restoration of the vibrancy, of living life in full with whatever we have, and of true healing.
What an amazing turnaround and acceptance of your self and all that was offered to you from your body. Reconnection to the all making loving changes and taking true care of yourself, eating and exercising healthily and honouring who you are certainly changed everything for you and is an inspiration and reflection for all women.
Miraculous Jessica a worthy testimonial to read on the principles and healing Modalities of Universal Medicine. Love is the greatest form of medicine.
Knowing you today Jessica, and seeing the vitality that you have, it is hard to read this and imagine you how you used to live. Beautiful changes and very inspiring.
Thank God for our bodies for giving us messages that the way we are living is not ok. If it was not for our bodies and the planet giving us these stop or wake up and reconnect moments one wonders just how far off track we would or could go!
To realise that we live disconnected from different parts of our body and its natural cycles, allows for that re-connection to our whole being and the all.
Written in such a simple and matter of fact way, this story is one of many medical turn arounds that has been experienced by people working with Universal Medicine (UM). Thank you for writing this Jessica, as a testimony to UM and an inspiration to us all about what is possible when we take loving responsibility for our choices.
I agree Matilda and really willing to truly address why our body has an illness or dis-ease.
Jessica the miracles which have taken place for you and your body is something that should be shared with all young women. The appreciation you have for what you have reclaimed within yourself is something else that everyone should be celebrating. This sentence is gold – ‘restore harmony to my body, as shown to me now by the regularity of my periods, the fullness of my breasts, and the light in my eyes.’
If we always go for the ‘quick fix’ option, such as going on the pill in your case, then it’s possible that we miss out on miracles and long term changes we can make to our lives through consistent choices and long term love!
I agree Susie – we often are looking for the solution, to thing that will make everything better without needing much effort or change – but often it is in finding true answers, ones that bring about changes and ask us to be more responsible for our choices that we can find real, lasting and meaningful improvements to our lives.
So true Susie, when we choose to numb the symptoms with the quick fixes, we completely side track the amazing miracles that can, do and are occurring when we are encouraged to connect to our innate love and nurturing within and honour this in all aspects of our lives, for the rest of our lives. With the support of the Esoteric Women’s Health modalities, and our own willingness to look at and take responsibility for the deeper issues that sit underneath them, we can very naturally reverse many illnesses like these, as Jess has clearly shown.
And miss out on the incredible sign posting our bodies do, making it so clear about the impact of our choices on us and others. I agree, Susie.
It is always so beautiful to feel the very healing properties which occur when Universal Medicine modalities are used in conjunction with conventional medicine. The other added and essential component is the choices we make about our healthcare and healing and what you have shared here, Jessica, illustrates this so well.
Jessica what an amazing and open sharing. I feel absolutely inspired as you are a beautiful role model that it is possible to change health through honesty and more loving life-style choices.
I really appreciate how you have tenderly got to the bottom of what your body was communicating Jessica bringing the whole of your being to seemingly the break down of one part of your body. The curiousity and openness you have held yourself in has allowed your body to show yourself the way back in true healing, just like a jigsaw puzzle, piece by piece.
What a stunning transformation Jessica through which you clearly are a living example of how esoteric modalities, brought to us by way of Serge Benhayon, offers us to opportunity to return to living in a way that is far more harmonious, honoring and truly normal, that being one of vitality, awareness, connection and responsibility. Anyone the knows you can without a doubt feel the spark that you now live with comes from within you, and this is certainly inspiring to be around.
I can now far more appreciate my periods – how they can reflect my life or what is needed to be cleared, constantly offering a monthly evolution.
What i have found so profoundly powerful about the Esoteric Breast Massage is that the massage itself delivers an awareness of our bodies much deeper than we are often willing to see or understand, it is this that we take away from the session and then have the opportunity to revisit and in doing so start to make this deeper self awareness a more normal everyday experience.
‘I feel that Serge Benhayon, through the teachings of Universal Medicine and the delivery of healing modalities such as the Esoteric Breast Massage, has helped me to understand myself and my body more deeply, supporting me to reconnect to who I truly am, and restore harmony to my body, as shown to me now by the regularity of my periods, the fullness of my breasts, and the light in my eyes.’ – I can very much relate to what you have stated here, the teachings offered by Serge Benhayon are ground breaking and have inspired and supported me to turn my life completely around and understanding what it means to truly live as opposed to merely exist.
Jessica one thing that jumps out at me today is “I wake filled with vitality and motivation (with 1 or 2 days exception…I am human)” I remember waking up constantly tired, always wanting longer in bed – yet today I wake up earlier than I ever used to (much earlier) and yet I also wake up on most days with a vitality and willingness of whats next in a way that was never there. Its a simple but incredible marker of what is possible when we change our lifestyle and focus on the quality of energy we move in during the day. This is something that is a constant building for me and a refinement of what is next each day.
I love how you share how responsive your body was to the esoteric healing modalities Jessica. I have found these modalities to be both deeply nurturing to receive and very powerful in what they deliver.
You have proven Kate that the most powerful medicine available to us lies in our lifestyle choices, which can then be supported by mainstream medicine and the esoteric modalities to the hilt.
Amazing Jessica, this is worth while reading and your commitment to healing is clear and transparent for all to see so I feel this should become front page news as this exposes the truth so simply.

As a young man I was convinced I was doing really well. Today I saw some pictures and realised I wasn’t well at all. I felt quite empty and sad in those days. Yet, I behaved as if I was really somebody. What made me re-awaken were sessions of Esoteric Healing and Esoteric Chakra-puncture. Especially after the last one I felt a lovely warmth within my chest and my body that sometimes lasted even for a few days. This was true vitality! Another testimony of how true love actually supports us to re-connect to our own love that is already living within. Waiting to be connected to.
The amazing thing is that when we have reorganised our life in a way that is harmonious for the body there is then much further to go to come back to truth and love – from then on it is an expansion of who we are, expressing and experiencing deeper truths and more love.
Our bodies are constantly changing and at different times in our lives there are different needs. Doing the work so that you have a much stronger connection to what you want and need sets you up to be able to support and develop your body for life.
This is quite an incredible story, as many women struggle with PCOS for years without resolution. It was also interesting to read how the pill, which is often prescribed for irregular periods actually masked the disharmony the body is trying to point out. Thankfully there are so many esoteric modalities that can support women to get to know and start to live in sync with their body. It sounds simple and it is, but we are currently living a long way from this natural rhythm.
Amazing changes you’ve experienced Kate, so thank you for sharing here as so many women have irregular, missing or extremely painful periods. This brings a deeper understanding of our body’s harmony and the natural cycles it evolves by, – it is very inspiring for all women.
The true healing that can happen when we are open and willing to take an honest look at the root cause of our condition, never ceases to amaze me.
The empowerment of self awareness & healing is what truly renounces lovelessness from our choices.
‘I feel that Serge Benhayon, through the teachings of Universal Medicine and the delivery of healing modalities such as the Esoteric Breast Massage, has helped me to understand myself and my body more deeply, supporting me to reconnect to who I truly am, and restore harmony to my body, as shown to me now by the regularity of my periods, the fullness of my breasts, and the light in my eyes.’ As Serge has said “the body is the marker of all truth”. There can be no denying the truth of what the body is sharing either negatively or positively, but when the body returns to full vitality this is a sure sign that we are on the path towards evolution!
Your story Jessica illustrates the potential our bodies hold, or perhaps I should say, the potential we have within us to live to and (quite literally) embody our natural potential. I imagine most medicos would find it difficult to understand how you could, for example, lose a lot of weight but grow in cup size. Hence the need for the union of western medicine with esoteric medicine – there is more to us than meets the purely scientific eye.
What is troubling is that so much of the medical profession have settled for the really quite alarming statistics involving women’s health issues, endometriosis, PCOS, painful cycles and so many more. It is like we have resigned ourselves to global ill-health and created a new ‘normal’ just so we don’t have to deal with what is it exactly that is going so wrong.
A doctor doesn’t have to be too intelligent to realise that drugs are just a chemical management of many conditions and not a cure nor bringing anyone to a deeper understanding of what truly is going on. So whilst pharmaceutical support may be necessary – if we don’t start to ask the questions, then a valuable opportunity for evolution not to mention the possibility of renewed health and vitality is dismissed.
You are right, primary care specialists are well aware that pills and potions have strong limitations and they even know what their patients need to do – move their body, have a healthy diet – but they have difficulties in having their patients live these truths.
Great insight Annie and what you have shared makes so much sense.
It is great how you describe how your body has changed in so many ways through energetic healing support and making new choices. My body has altered in its structure and texture, I am so much more gentle, and graceful, and I can relate to the shift in armour across the shoulders and chest, and this is also through the support of Esoteric Modalities and their practitioners.
I had a Connective Tissue session yesterday, one of the Esoteric Healing modalities, and it reminded me that they truly are a gift from God. So gentle, so unimposing yet so powerful and they allow you to develop such a relationship with your body. From there miracles can happen.
I agree Sarah the Esoteric Healing modalities offer a loving space in which to observe momentums & choices that hold us back from our naturally limitless potential.
I love the Universal Medicine Therapies. Sacred Esoteric Healing, Esoteric Chakra-Puncture, Esoteric Body Work and Esoteric Connective Tissue Therapy are my favorites. What is the most amazing is that they offer healing through a holding love. In this love, we’re offered the possibility to accept, let go and surrender. There’s no push, no drive, no pretention. ‘Just’ a connection in which we’re are offered a moment to connect to ourselves on a deeper level and let go of the guard(s) we’ve build. I don’t know any other modality that is of this quality and is practiced with this non-imposing intention.
The Esoteric modalities have helped countless people and you are no exception Jessica, obviously we need western medicine but I feel western medicine also needs to be expanded if it doesn’t have all the answers which of course it doesn’t. Enter the modalities of Universal Medicine which can come at things from a totally different angle and sort things from an energetic perspective.
The Esoteric Breast Massage is a wonderful modality that supports women to be who they truly are, and love and nurture themselves and their body. The benefits of the ripple effect that this has on our relationships with partners, friends, family and colleagues is truly amazing.
Wow it is incredible what we will put up with in our bodies that is so far from healthy. I have been offered to go on the pill by doctors but everything in my body says no. I didn’t know why at the time – but I now understand that this is my inner knowing that is asking me to look at taking more care in my body and deepen the relationship with myself as a woman first and foremost before I look to anything to fix me on the outside.
Isn’t it amazing what our bodies are willing to show us and they make it loud and clear, sometimes to the point we are forced to listen to it. I have lived the majority of my life thinking I was invincible and ignored signs and messages it was telling me. Today with over 13 years of making it more and more about listening and honouring my body thanks to the support of Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon I have an awareness that is becoming stronger and deeper every time I honour myself even more.
It is amazing the breadth and depth of issues Esoteric modalities have supported people to turn around. The thing which is so great is that what is offered is never targeted towards one issue or one thing, in fact there is never an end goal or a target, other than offering a support for us to heal our hurts, reconnect to our innate awareness and live our divine essence in full.
Of course conventional medicine is required to deal with the physical symptoms, but there is nothing more valuable than being supported to turn round debilitating patterns of life times.
Thanks, Jessica. The transformational shifts you have experienced thanks to the Esoteric Healing modalities, are evidence that true healing can occur by re-connecting to the love of yourself and the preciousness of your body.
Your initial two sessions, the Esoteric Breast Massage and the Esoteric Kidney and Ovary Massage, had a significant impact on bringing a more harmonious rhythm to your body. And as I read about the changes you experienced, what strikes me, other than these modalities being very powerful healing supports, is the unique training and the highest level of integrity held by the practitioners of these Universal Medicine modalities, in their day to day lives. This quality and your openness and commitment cannot be overstated as key ingredients to the amazing changes you have experienced.
‘I no longer feel sluggish; I wake filled with vitality and motivation..’ The turn around here is totally remarkable and as you have shared so do-able if there is a commitment there and a willingness to let go of what we have invested in, or the protections we are holding on to. So many of us don’t realise that the reason we have ill conditions in the body is because we identify with them and need them there. When we are truly willing to let these go then we can discover the so much more that we are about.. This journey of self discovery, whilst challenging, can be momentous and at the same time very sweet!
“I feel that Serge Benhayon, through the teachings of Universal Medicine and the delivery of healing modalities such as the Esoteric Breast Massage, has helped me to understand myself and my body more deeply” and hence we are supported to restore ourselves through changing our attitudes and behaviour, so that when we do consult a doctor (something that Serge himself regularly encourages people to do) we bring a great deal of self responsibility into the surgery that supports both doctor and patient to resolve the problem. A true marriage of responsibility, professional advice and teamwork.
when you look into the eyes of people who are taking care of their bodies, you can see a light that makes you smile – there is a confidence, a joy and a vitality that shines out of them.
Indeed Carmel this is the lightness with which self responsibility can be embodied.
Interestingly your past BMI of near 27 is associated, even though it is in the overweight range, as having the highest survival rate among older people.
Because this blog is so real and so clearly written, it is for me very easy to relate to. Even though I’m a man and would never suffer from the same ills. It is inspiring to be very real about the relationship with my own body and that it’s okay and actually very responsible to seek support. We’re not here on planet earth to do it alone, we’re here to work it out together. To support each other in order to ALL come back to the natural vital and harmonious flow within us. Thank you dearly Jessica!
Through the Esoteric Healing modalities I now have a relationship with my body and my life has completely transformed. Before this, my mind ruled my body – the relationship with my body was purely functional. However these days, how my body feels, and the messages it offers, are seen as gifts and not something to fight, ignore or avoid… my body knows exactly what it needs and the wisdom it has to offer can be profound.
This is a powerful testament of how our lives can turn around when we choose to make self-loving and self-honouring choices in all areas of our lives.
Yes, I agree… this article is a point of inspiration for putting my hands back on my own steering wheel and making loving and responsible choices.
Jessica, your blog highlights how amazing our body is. When we make loving choices, choose to love, care and nurture it consistently, our body is then supported to do what it does best, to simply heal.
And with that healing our vitality and joy returns as well.
Jessica what you are sharing with us here really needs to be out there in the mainstream of life. I know quite a few women that have problems with their periods and would love to be given the chance to decide if they want to take drugs or opt for a more nurturing approach towards the body. Because that’s what it feels like to me, that you are telling us that you are nurturing yourself and taking more care and this has an immediate response in the body as it can feel that you are taking care, rather than just swallowing pills without a thought about the impact it is having on your body. It makes complete sense to me that if you take a body out of its natural rhythm, it is going to get very stressed.
Yes, I agree. There is a lot of inspiration here to be offered to women of all ages.
Universal Medicine with all its modalities exposes the true root cause of our illnesses, and they are energetic. A practitioner can feel where we hold old belief systems that block the harmonious working of our bodies. We are often fighting our bodies and holding against our own healing. Your blog is so inspiring Jessica, showing that your practitioner encouraged you gently to begin to open up pathways that allowed you to make connection with your true self-nurturing nature and worth as a woman. Now you change to a truly womanly shape, brought about by the love and honouring of your breasts through the Esoteric Breast Massage. This is awesome, and this way of working largely unknown or even conceived of. Your blog will help to bring awareness to many more people, especially women, and this is much needed in these days of just following a medical trend blindly without feeling into what we are doing to our bodies.
Yes Joan, there is a great deal to be said for questioning treatment, this doesn’t mean we refuse it necessarily, but we really must ask deeper questions and consider our bodies much more in the treatments we allow. To blindly accept everything does not seem an intelligent approach to our own healthcare, and after all it is our bodies that we have to live in, so it makes sense we should really keep our eyes wide open when offered this or that treatment approach.
Its true Joan, Jess’s blog is an inspiration for many women who suffer with polycystic ovaries, its not simply finding a treatment with medication, its about connecting to ourselves as women, building greater appreciation and awareness of our choices which in turn makes it easier to nominate the root causes and heal ourselves back to the might of being a beautiful woman.
A blog that is exposing the root cause is what brings out the true healing that is offered to all women suffering from polycystic ovaries. There is so much attachment, complacency, we can easily fall into when we are diagnosed with a condition and the various means of medicating and living with the condition are offered, yet the number one aspect of life – the quality – is the missing ingredient. Thank you Jess for bring a deeper understanding that the core ingredient does not come from searching for a source from the outside, but a willingness to get real and true about what is happening on the inside.
Thank you Jessica Gamble for sharing, what is by any measure, a huge turn around in your health.
Can we look at cases like yours and consider that it could be this simple?
Are we seeing not only one woman, but many women who have healed themselves simply by re-developing a loving relationship with their bodies?
This could be judged as ‘impossible’ when so many women are struggling with these issues and not getting results like this…
…but there are more and more of us now who are standing, walking, living anecdotal evidence that it is possible. We are in fact a living science that there is a common sense way we can heal women’s issues and that it is effective because it addresses the reason our body developed the issues in the first place.
I too have been deeply inspired by esoteric practitioners to develop a more harmonious relationship with myself and my body and it has turned around many painful and debilitating physical and emotional/mental issues for me including torturously painful periods, worrisome breast lumps and a depleted endocrine system.
There is so much more going on in our bodies than we allow and when we allow ourselves the space to get underneath and feel how we can live to support us, we can really work with what is there, working with medicine as needed. It’s really amazing to hear your story Jessica and hear how you changed your relationship with you, your body and your periods – this is not common and is something to be celebrated. And thank you for sharing this – I can relate very much to your story having also been diagnosed with PCOS in my twenties, and through looking at how I lived, food, exercise and the huge support I received from Esoteric Modalities, I now have very regular periods, and I love having them; and I’ve come to understand how precious they are in how they provide me with a time to reflect on what is going on and how I’ve been living, a very regular loving stop.
Our periods are truly a great gift to stop and reflect on how we are living. The choices we are making each day do impact greatly on how the body communicates with us. When we make these moves more loving the body is very quick to acknowledge and work with us, to bring the truly quality and beauty out for all to see.
What a transformation, feels like a complete turnaround for you Jess. Inspiring!
The Esoteric Breast Massage has gradually supported me to re-connect to a quality in myself as a woman, a knowing of what I naturally bring by just being me, that I had never appreciated before.
Our current approach to our ills is to seek something external to ourselves in order to quell the symptoms. Esoteric Breast Massage empowers us to resume responsibility for our health via the way we nurture and respect ourselves, a process that continues to deepen over time. We may then still choose to take medication and the like as a necessary support, but not a ‘cure all’, because the real power of our health lies in how we choose to live each day.
We need to have a better understanding and appreciation of this relationship between our lifestyle and our health and wellbeing. In my view it is an essential element in the future of health care that we are pro-active and accept more responsibility. This is where we must be careful not to completely negate the world of complementary medicine, for it can offer us much in the way of proactive and responsible health care.
What inspires me through your sharing is to deepen my steadiness of the quality in which I express, work , talk etc.
I was recently reading an article about a young woman who was also struggling with this painful condition and her biggest challenge was to get the medical profession to understand that there was actually something wrong with her. She had finally received some medical intervention but had been told that this is how it would be for her. I just wanted to track her down, give her your wonderful article and tell her that yes there is another way and here it is.
Through your own experience with the Esoteric Breast Massage and the Esoteric Kidney and Ovary massage Jessica, you have provided a wonderful recommendation into the benefits that both these modalities can bring and as long as we are willing to change old patterns and take responsibility for our health these modalities can support us in a true healing so that we are not relying on a pill which can only ever provide relief and mask the underlying problem.
To have a condition that is on the rise around the world be addressed and healed through no magic pill but the everyday magic of nurturing oneself and addressing the practical aspects in life shows that no one is disadvantaged, no one is less than anyone else and that we can all heal if we make love and our choice to take responsibility part of our principles in life.
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome would normally be considered as a permanent affliction one has to just put up with and thus it is more than a miracle that you regained your health and achieved vitality and a body shape that truly supports and suits you, from the inside out.
In my experience also I have found the Esoteric Healing modalities very supportive to help restore health and wellbeing, alongside medical treatment. The Esoteric Modalities bring in an element that medicine cannot cover, which is the inner being, emotions, beliefs, and the impact of life experiences etc – healing these is also vital for our wellbeing.
“I feel that Serge Benhayon, through the teachings of Universal Medicine and the delivery of healing modalities such as the Esoteric Breast Massage, has helped me to understand myself and my body more deeply, supporting me to reconnect to who I truly am, and restore harmony to my body…” – agree totally, and it is the restoration of our bodies back towards this connected-quality, that makes the real difference to life’s quality and the quality of every interaction and relationship. Connection, being connected to our selves, our inner harmony – is who we truly are.
This is quite an amazing account of how having an Esoteric Breast Massage allowed you to see the relationship you unconsciously were having with yourself as a woman and bring awareness to breast care, that then initiated self loving choices to be made. This is very inspiring to all women, especially those who have PCOS. Thank for sharing.
To connect with our breasts and have this deeper awareness is totally awesome. Feeling that there is a possibility that our breasts represent a lot more than we are lead to believe. Thanks to the Esoteric Breast Massage and Womens’ health I too have a relationship that I am starting to treasure.
How amazing that you have been able to rebalance your body and your menstrual cycle by making some very simple and practical changes to how you take care of yourself. When I was a teenager and was having irregualr periods, my doctor put me straight on the pill with out any real investigation as to why my cycle was so out of whack. I put on loads of weight and had terrible mood swings as a result, even though my periods began to regulate. How inspiring this would be for young girls to know that there is some very real and practical support availabe to them without always having to take some form of medication.
Wow, awesome blog Jessica, your transformation is incredible. How many women who have similar symptoms as you would like to know how you have managed to change your life and health around? It didn’t happen overnight with a magic pill, but through self-love, self-nurture, support and dedication you have shown the world what is possible. Amazing, thank you!
All the choices that are described in this very delicate, gorgeous and very needed blog are based on appreciation of herself, appreciation of her body. How wondrous and beautiful science is it that by simply giving loving attention to our vehicle of expression – our body – that it responds back with even more appreciation than that it’s been given. Returning to a healthy and vital life starts with deeply nurturing and loving our body. Even (chronic) symptoms might release. Nothing is more powerful than our own love.
So true Floris, “Nothing is more powerful than our own love” and this story shows in such detail what we can do when inspired by another who is living with such deep respect for their own body and for the ability to return to harmony that is in us all.
It’s amazing that you had the wisdom to see that the contraceptive pill was but a cover-up for the symptoms of a much deeper and more explainable root cause.
Thank you for sharing Jess – it’s amazing how something so simple as connecting truly with your body as a woman can have such amazing impact on your health – we can feel at the mercy or out of control of all that is happening to our physical body and yet in truth we have the power to make very impactful changes to the quality of how we live.
The esoteric modalities have an amazing knock on effect to self love and self honouring, which in turn makes a huge impact on the overall health and well-being and the ability to truly heal.
There’s something about the way we see illness today, that doesn’t add up or seem to make sense. When you see young children suffering with melanomas, young adults losing their limbs, cancers being diagnosed like never before – well this just isn’t explained by smoking or not ‘eating healthy’. Really, when you stop and consider it, isn’t it super crazy that we think certain specific things are to blame rather than the whole way we are in life? And what about the idea that we re-incarnate? Doesn’t this add another huge layer to the strife? For if we have been choosing behaviours that are harming, life after life, isn’t it logical that our body will eventually say ‘stop’? When you see life this way, not only does it bring more understanding to illnesss and disease but huge respect for the Esoteric Modalities and those like you Jessica who have choosen to change and arrest these age old habits and ways of being. This is multi-life changing stuff that we are seeing.
Jess it’s really interesting to read your account of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and that it was suggested that you went on the pill, this seems to be the remedy for most problems connected to the woman’s reproductive cycle, and I would say that most women would naturally follow their doctors advice, because that’s why they go to their doctor. I think it is healthy to question what advice they give and if it doesn’t feel right to look for alternatives ways to support the body, there seems to be an over reliance on drugs to sort out what are life style choices we have made that cannot be supported by our bodies.
Yes totally inspiring thanks Jess, that is an incredible transformation you describe, and amazing that despite substantial weight loss your breasts became fuller… with not a breast implant in sight!
I love that you end this blog with ‘the light in my eyes’ Jessica. This is the most stunning thing about all those who have chosen to live self-love which has developed into true love and connected us to the light of the universe. It is utterly divine to see that light in another ‘s eyes, knowing that they have activated such a beauty to be brought to the world for all to register and know too.
Amazing testimony to the power of the Esoteric`healing modalities and how you were supported to reconnect to the true you as you peeled off the layers of ideals and beliefs along with the weight to uncover the glory of you in all your fullness.
I have had a couple of medical investigations recently which has reflected back to me how my relationship with my body has changed. I once regarded my body as an inconvenience and something that was secondary to the mind. Through the teachings of Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine I have developed a more truly loving relationship with my body, understanding its innate wisdom and how this is crucial to a full and rounded understanding of health and wellbeing. Without considering the communications of our bodies we are bereft of a key aspect of our awareness, cast adrift in the remoteness of the mind. When we bring both mind and body wisdom together, there is something more truly present, an anchoring effect, that makes sense of the things we experience medically.
Interesting Richard, how common it is that we keep our minds very separate to our body. Perhaps this is why we are in such disharmony with our body because it is like an internal battle going on between the mind and the body. But when we unite and connect the two together even though it is not natural to keep them separate, it seems that many people including myself have done a good job at separating the two and very often choose to place the importance of our minds above our body. From experience, this creates huge tension, stress and even illness.
“I wake filled with vitality and motivation”. It’s not until we begin to experience this on a daily basis can we appreciate just how much our bodies were struggling with the old habits we were inflicting on them, and just how much we had got used to life being a drag. I can remember that everyday used to feel like wading through treacle. Clean up my act, stop the caffeine, alcohol, gluten and dairy, get my head down early, respect my body and begin to wake up feeling ‘as fresh as a daisy’. And then a bit later down the road comes the realisation that it normal to feel this way and any other way is abnormal. How we treat ourselves is really our first line of medicine.
Your history shows how a huge percentage of society lives; “adjusted to living a life that lacked true health and wellbeing.” When we settle for the dis-ease and out of rhythm bodies, because we have not the open access to healing modalities, or the understanding of true health and welbeing being more than being just the physical outplay, we have a society that is feeding us back a de-vitalised, de-natured way of being. I would have said this de-vitalised, de-natured way of being was not normal, and would have searched far and wide for any solution that might relieve the disorder in my body, and I did. It wasn’t until the Esoteric Healing Modalities were introduced that I found the potency and potential and proof, of bringing true healing to the body – through embracing current medical practice and understanding the body’s responsiveness to the energetic quality I live in.
Jessica, this is very beautiful, ‘I feel powerful and excited about contributing to society, getting on with life, doing what I love and living life to the full.’ It is amazing how life changing the Esoteric Healing modalities have been in your life, I have also experienced how powerful and life changing these modalities can if we are open and willing to change. I have a deep appreciation for the EBM sessions that I have receieved and have gone from someone who lived with a lack of self worth and lack of confidence to feeling love for myself and living a life of purpose and knowing my own beauty and worth, a big turnaround for me.
What an incredible blog!, and how healing is the Esoteric Breast Massage for a woman as it corrected your 4 year amenorrhea, and assisted in re-establishing a regular cycle.
Wow Jess how life changing! What I love is that you share in total honesty the journey you have been on. I have sketchy thoughts that exercising loads and eating no carbs is the way to happiness – but it is actually a slog that I know does not support my body. And hence I hardly lose any weight when I have this frame of mind. It is great to read your experience of how the physical changes are not actually truly sustainable and how it was about you developing a relationship with your body that has sparked a very deep connection.
Could it be that taking care and nurturing our bodies would have a great positive effect on each and every body living in this world. This magnificent piece of writing is offering us to great detail how important it is to nurture ourselves, to listen to our inner voice, to act on the power inside of us, to be honest and to appreciate and value ourselves for who we are!
These comments are lovely to read – it’s great to feel so many that share and confirm the experience of learning to listen to your body through self care and the support of the Esoteric Modalities, especially the EBM in my case. Appreciation of myself, Serge Benhayon and Esoteric Modalities – factor 10!
Wow that is a wonderful sharing about connection being the key to how our body works. Thank you for sharing it. My sense is, we have to be willing to walk the session afterwards, walk the re-connection with our bodies. Each session offers us that opportunity but, just as when we go to a medical or allied health practitioner, we have to take care of ourselves and walk the support they have offered us in our day to day living.
Wow, Jessica, how powerful are the Esoteric Healing modalities!? It is amazing that even your body shape has changed so dramatically just by healing old holding patterns and deepening the love you have for your body.
There are quite a few stories in the world of making recoveries as strong as you, Jessica. What would be very interesting though, is to know the rate of recovery of those who take similar actions to you – would that rate be much higher, higher or lower than the rate in the general population and is the recovery more complete?
Thank you Christoph for sharing this question. The recovery can take place for many in the general public but whether it is more complete is the missing ingredient I have noticed with friends who have had the same condition. There is always a fear for many women that it will return and the difference in Jessica’s case was the willingness to close the door on lifestyle choices she had been living that were spoken of and given an opportunity to heal in these esoteric modalities. A true miracle and a great marker to show others the depth of healing that is available with this very common condition for many women in the world.
Wow, an amazing story and an amazing journey – and what a difference developing a connection to our bodies can have on our physical experience of conditions. I experienced something very similar in my relationship with my periods, which went from one of extreme pain and sickness every month, to months of no pain at all, and when there is pain it is far reduced and something i see as a reflection on how I lived my month rather than something outside of my control.
Esoteric Healing is great in clearing the energy that doesn’t belong to us and its physical manifestation as some conditions, and in the absence of what doesn’t belong to us, we are freer to make choices that are true to us.
Most of us have imbibed the ‘energy that doesn’t belong to us’ since our childhood years, resulting in bodies that are energetically poisoned. The poison makes us behave in certain ways that become so familiar to us that we end up thinking that it is us but it’s not. Once we start to clear the poison from our bodies, we start to return to the truth of who we are and it is then that we begin to see the extent to which we have all poisoned ourselves.
This is an amazing testimony Jessica to not only the enormous, incalculable value and validity of the work of Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine, but also to the power and health given to one who chooses to truly love themselves and care for their body.
There is so much more to our bodies and periods than we are taught – so many gems shared on these threads.
What I love about what you have shared is that you knew from your body what was true for you and by following this truth, an incredible path of learning, healing and changing unfolded for you, leaving you embracing life rather than shying away from it.
It is interesting how we have accepted irregular periods as being normal and don’t take them as seriously as we should.. The body has a natural flow so anything that is hi-lighted in our body as not flowing and not in its natural rhythm should never be brushed aside, but observed and kept an eye on. I know before truly taking care of my body and being more loving with myself I used to ignore painful irregular periods, in fact anything that interfered with my life, I did my best to ignore, over ride and dismiss and got frustrated whenever I thought that my body was letting me down. I am now well past having periods, but knowing what I now know about the menstrual cycle, I would not dismiss them in the way I did throughout those earlier years.
What powerful markers you have now about the true wellbeing your body and light in your eyes is reflecting for all to see. Totally Awesome, Jessica.
“I feel that Serge Benhayon, through the teachings of Universal Medicine and the delivery of healing modalities such as the Esoteric Breast Massage, has helped me to understand myself and my body more deeply, supporting me to reconnect to who I truly am, and restore harmony to my body, as shown to me now by the regularity of my periods, the fullness of my breasts, and the light in my eyes”.
It feels so empowering when we realise that we are not stuck and don’t have to be a victim – we are here to learn how to truly live life and return to our natural rhythm – your blog Jessica will inspire many young women to feel that they too are not powerless.
I love how this blog reminds me of the miraculous nature of these healing modalities. So many of us live with conditions we have come to accept as normal and yet this shows how false this acceptance is. When we apply the esoteric healing techniques with an openness of wanting to understand what the root cause of the condition may be our lives can change irrevocably!
Your new sizes go to show that our body shape isn’t just moulded by the food we put in, but also how we treat ourselves and the relationship we have with different parts of the body.
Medical advice given often includes ‘lose weight’ as if it is something we can do very easily. After years of yo-yo dieting, attending numerous weight watching sessions, the only reason I lost weight was because I stopped trying – by addressing my whole lifestyle, not just the food I ate, and it took twelve years of making gradual changes for my weight to drop off naturally. Self care is the way – learning to love our body and to respect it and honour what we feel in every moment.
The Esoteric Breast Massage and the Kidney and Ovary massages clearly had an effect on the hormonal balance in your body, supporting it to become more harmonious and therefore moving back towards regular in its cycle.
That was my feeling too Rosanna, wasn’t it amazing that following the two treatments the period occurred, it is clear to me that these treatments rebalanced the body. It makes me think that we need to shout from the rooftops about these modalities, because they have the potential to be life changing and support women who are suffering problems with periods, or even those whose bodies feel just a little out of balance.
When a doctor says Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome is a lifelong condition, and you come along Jess, and make lifestyle changes that sweep it away, you have to start to ask questions of our medical thinking. We know that Western Medicine can be incredibly supportive and healing, but there are parts that we need to address, the inflexibility in how we view medical training and treatments, the reliance on the pharmaceuticals over lifestyle choices, these are aspects that do not sit easy with me and if someone has a story like this, what harm in studying it and offering other sufferers the choice to try living with the quality you have and see what changes for them.
So awesome to read such an honest sharing of what can take place when we disconnect from our womanly bodies and what they are communicating to us. To make this a normal conversation is something that is very needed. Thanks for your open honest sharing Jess.
The initial idea of having an Esoteric Breast Massage can feel a bit strange, but the immensely respectful, tender focus of the session soon dispels any fears as the treatment gently empowers us to establish a relationship with our breasts and our bodies once more, one based on honouring and respecting every inch of ourselves from the inside out.
One method of contraception that I used as a young woman was the hormonal injection. I was often given double or treble doses because the doctor said it would mean I didn’t have to have periods, which were clearly seen as an inconvenience. I did go along with it for a few years but then felt that it wasn’t right to not be having periods and changed to an alternative form of contraception that allowed me to have a menstrual cycle.
A family member of mine was also prescribed the pill to help with her issues around periods. I feel as you have shared that this only masks the problem rather than getting to the root cause of it. What you have shared is inspiring because you have been supported to establish and deepen the relationship with your body and its natural rhythms.
Take a tablet and move on but move on to what? What is it that we are so intent to be getting on with? This insistent and persistent drive to get going, to keep going and to not even so much as pause is a global poison. We have to pause long enough to question, we have to hang back enough to ponder, we have to linger long enough to ask ourselves what are we all in such a tearing rush to get to? A lot of people would answer so that they can get to stop but that is just an illusion, there is no stop, not at the weekend, not on holiday, not in retirement, the only stop that is of any real value are the stops that we put in throughout our day that change the relentless momentum that most of us are in. Rush turns to rhythm and compression turns to space and the truth of life starts to be known.
I have read so many miraculous accounts of how people have fundamentally changed their health and medical conditions with the support of esoteric modalities. We have known of the power of these modalities before, roll on the day when we remember and embrace them again.
Jessica your sharing is a wonderful testament to the fact that our health is far more in our hands than much of the medical profession and society would have us believe.
That is a great and very empowering point Alexis. Yes our health is very much in our hands both in terms of us not suddenly being victims of something done to us, but actually understanding the message of love we are being given via our bodies when something appears to go “wrong”, and also in knowing that we are the ones that can heal ourselves. We are the ones to take responsibility for our choices that led to our condition, taking the opportunity to learn from what has been presented and change our ways, and working responsibly with the medical profession to support and do whatever is needed to physically treat our bodies.
I love this sharing and the honesty in it. To really understand what is going on in the body is so healing and supportive. The esoteric modalities support to receive a deeper understanding of the body and to feel it in a true way. This can lead to choices which are more selfloving.
Jessica, you are the living embodiment and proof of the power of this heaven sent modality. A modality that honours women like nothing else.
“I have gone from 80 kg to 60kg” – extraordinary and transformative Jessica, showing the beauty of connection, care, (self) acceptance and love.
I too have experienced what you might call miraculous changes and healing to my health and well-being. I also find the modalities very helpful for acute problems. Last week I pulled an intercostal muscle in my rib and my husband strained a muscle in his back!!! Both conditions were very painful. We have both attended courses in Esoteric Connective Tissue Therapy and have been giving each other 15 minute sessions every day and it has made a HUGE difference to the pain and greatly escalated the healing.
WOW this is amazing – what a beautiful story that so clearly expresses what I have heard from many other women (and men but not in relation to periods) who have had their life and health transformed through the Esoteric Modalities of Universal Medicine. The world sorely (pun intended) needs this!
Yes, men get fewer reminders but they can go downhill as fast as women and I have seen quite a few transformations of both genders, just like Nicola.
What an amazing testament to how powerful the Esoteric Breast Massage can be in supporting women to re-connect to their bodies and get back in touch with their cycles.
The Esoteric Breast Massage (EBM) is very powerful and I am not surprised to hear that your period returned after having your first EBM. It is very powerful for us as women to reconnect with our breasts and our bodies in general. Through the EBM I too have been supported to develop a loving relationship with my female body and to deeply appreciate myself as a woman.
That is true. It took me some 20 more years than Jessica.
It is interesting that we can acquire health and psychology related degrees but that they are of limited applicability when it comes to our own vitality and health. We may know what to do for our vitality and health but we may not know how to actually and regularly do it. Why?
Jessica this is just so deeply gorgeous to read, while reading your blog I reflected on how many times I have either read or heard stories from women with regards to their periods and relationship with their body and instead of getting better it seems to get worse, where women do not know where to turn for help after trying many things and to still no avail, nothing has truly healed. This is a testimony not only to the work, dedication, love and commitment you so clearly hold for yourself, but also to the Universal Medicine modalities that from experience I know truly understand and work with energy and with the willingness of the client are able to get absolutely to the root of the matter as to why the body has an illness or dis-ease in the first place.
This was a joy to read. One by one, Universal Medicine is inspiring people to re-connect to their bodies, to get to know themselves and how they operate in the world, to take great care of themselves and from there, they are living much more vital, connected and engaged lives. Bring it on, I say.
To accept a label of PCOS as an misfortune or an inevitable hereditary condition is to relinquish the responsibility we hold in how we live and move in our bodies and how we are with ourselves and others. It is also denying ourselves the opportunity to learn and be truly self-empowered to make the adjustments in our life that can restore our true vitality and well-being. This is an enormously powerful blog Jess, – a condition doesn’t have to be a life-sentence, if understood in its potential for true healing, and great awareness – but rather an offering of grace.. This understanding could turn medicine on its head.
Yes, Annie, Jessica’s account is a great example of the power of taking responsibility for the state and general health of our bodies.
We have an amazing marker every month, a cycle which allows us to review and feel the momentum and behaviours which we have chosen to live in, and how they are truly impacting upon us.. and with it an opportunity to clear, to heal and to make different choices the next time around. An awesome learning that is there on offer, so if we continue to ignore it, deny and push through, then we could ask oourselves why are we doing so – and in this a deeper ill can be uncovered.
I am touched by the honoring of the choice to seek support. And even support suggested by your mum. Which for a lot of teenagers isn’t for a lot of young women the ‘normal’. We do have the power to change our lives if we’re willing to rebuild the relationship with ourselves which we once lost. Thank you Jessica. This is super inspiring and in my opinion could be super supportive in schools and universities all over the world.
Thank you for sharing your experience Jessica, so very inspiring and shows how very important it is to listen to our body.
I find it amazing how much healing can occur by simply choosing to take more responsibility for what you eat, drink, say, live. It literally blows me away and it is so consistent so many woman have shared that they have healed this condition. Incredible testament to Universal Medicine.
Your story is an incredible testimony on many levels… It shows that there is a connection between a woman’s relationship she has with her breast and how this has an effect on her reproductive health, self nurturing and women’s health, and the incredible modality of Esoteric Breast Massage. This certainly has expanded the arena of addressing many women’s health issues.
To have a relationship with our body where something like our menstrual cycle is a “lucky dip” would be distressing, and unsettling, never the less we aren’t educated about how every subtle choice affects our body and being in one way or another, and hence lack being constantly confirmed in what we feel.
It is amazing how your mother’s impulse was exactly right for you Jessica, and I love your willingness to stay open in the process.
It’s an absolute joy that you’re able to say “I experience my periods as an amazing clearing and time to connect and reflect more deeply with myself.” You’ve shown that for women to rekindle this relationship with the cycles of their bodies, will bring a polar shift in what they reflect and offer to the world.
I have seen so many people’s lives, including my own, been totally transformed by the wisdom and modalities of Universal Medicine. The absolute miracles I have observe with people I know and now after reading your story Jessica are astounding and something the whole world is crying out for.
You’re right, Kevin. There are many many amazing stories such as Jessica’s that are nothing short of miracles. Universal Medicine has proven time and time again that there is no limit to how much our lives can be transformed once we re-connect to our naturally loving ways.
Your willingness to feel your body and what it is communicating is inspirational and how you chose not to go with the advice to go back on the contraceptive pill to superficially bring back your periods but instead committed to building the relationship with your body and unfolding from there. A truly remarkable story and one that deserves to be widely shared.
Wow… you are a living testament to the power of the Esoteric Breast Massage and embracing the deeper understanding and connection that is possible… Universal Medicine is a truly beautiful support in reminding us of what is possible when we bring love and awareness to our bodies and that true balance and harmony that can be developed and deepened within.
Amazing to consider that the quality of the relationship we have with ourselves and our bodies could actually influence our physical health and wellbeing so directly.
The true mark of healing is not the cessation of symptoms, but the deep and lasting change in how we care for ourselves and truly love who we are, in all aspects. So far nothing comes close to just how effectively the Esoteric Healing Modalities restore our inner connection and put us firmly back in charge of our health.
Thank you Jessica for putting your story forward, which adds to the many transformations of the lives and bodies of others who have had treatments using the Esoteric Healing treatments. And what is standing out strongly these days is the types of health conditions which previously were difficult or thought impossible to cure, can in fact be reversed if like you, we are willing to put the work in and invest in ourselves.
Never underestimate the power of self love and care. And with the support of esoteric healing practitioners and modalities bodies are healed and lives transformed.
That questioning of the Doctor’s advice is not something you see very often, and while Western Medicine is invaluable, sometimes there is often more to understand than can be found in the standard explanations that leaves the advice short of the mark. That was my own experience with bowel problems, and like Jess, with the support of Esoteric Medicine I got to a much deeper understanding about my body and what I need to be choosing to live a high level of wellbeing.
Whilst Esoteric Medicine is never offered as a way of replacing Western Medicine in its ability to deal with symptoms, I find the space to uncover the underlying cause of what got me to that place in the first place, the support to turn such patterns round, as well as the healing that helps my body return to its natural rhythm and vitality, all invaluable.
Being on the contraceptive pill was a godsend to many teenage girls in the 1960s, it meant no risk of unwanted pregnancies and we were in control of when we had our periods or they were at least regular. There were some changes in the early days and I imagine research continues, for example, the one I was on initially was withdrawn for safety reasons, that kind of thing is always worrying. Now girls can have an injection so they don’t have periods at all, which is ultra-convenient but it means there is no attention paid to the cycles in which we have an amazing opportunity to clear and rebalance ourselves.
Jessica it is completely amazing how the body works in all its cycles, to transform and fire up again through simple re-connection.
With so many of us having experienced – and continuing to experience – the profound benefits of Esoteric Breast Massage there can be no doubt as to the proficiency of this beautiful, deeply connecting and powerful modality in returning us to the wholeness of the women we are.
“I asked the professionals in front of me what I could do and they prescribed the contraceptive pill, saying this would resolve the issue of irregular periods.” Working in healthcare I see this happen all the time… fixing symptoms rather than delving deeper to find a root cause. However, there are many who only want a quick fix so they can continue their life in the same way.
There is a great and desperate need for true healthcare education… which ultimately starts with self-responsibility.
This is how life is meant to be… “I feel powerful and excited about contributing to society, getting on with life, doing what I love and living life to the full” but how much of humanity actually lives this way? Thanks to Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine’s workshops, modalities and presentations, many like Jessica are starting to break the mould, and turn their lives around.
This is pretty amazing, thank you for sharing your story. Showing to us the effect of deep care for our bodies, and the incredible effects esoteric therapies have.
What you have shared makes so much more sense than settling for the limiting pharmaceutical/chemical management that serves only to obscure something that is signalling the ills in how we have been living – our bodies are a huge guidance towards the truth of how we could be living, if we but choose to listen.
Thank you for this lovely blog Jessica. Like you, I have found the Universal Medicine modalities to be the best in being able to restore harmony to the body. And once that harmony is restored the body heals itself –amazing support and healing for our precious bodies.
Beautiful to feel your commitment to healing and the way your body has totally transformed is so inspiring. Fascinating that not only have you lost a quarter of your body weight but your stance has changed which feels like it may be because you no longer have the need of all that protection against the world. The deeper your connection to yourself the more regular your periods have become and the reflection that you provide for other women is amazing about just what is possible if we have the willingness to stick with it and work through our issues. Thank you for sharing your amazing journey which will no doubt continue to inspire others as you shine forth your light wherever you go.
Thanks Jess for sharing what it actually means to honour your body. With this choice is the return to health and vitality.
You are living proof Jessica that just because we may be diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, it does not mean that it has to rule your life, nor does any other illness and disease for that matter. If we are willing and prepared to take responsibilty for our own lives by fully committing to how we take care of our bodies with regards to what we eat, drink, what we do in our ‘leisure’ time, when we go to bed and when we get up, plus get the support from an Esoteric Healing practitioner of the Universal Medicine therapies, then the possibility of a complete and vital recovery is totally possible. Yours is an inspiring story, thank you.
And the commitment to yourself to not go back on the pill – the easy solution – and choosing not to bury what your body was telling you.
It’s easy to read a blog like this and just say ‘yeah, wow, amazing’ and move on. But, this evening, I am stopped in my tracks. Truly. I mean, it is beyond amazing – every single paragraph is extraordinary in what it is revealing and offering. Not just the facts but the transparency and humility with which it is expressed. This is magic – happening right before our eyes – and the joy is that, unlike the impenetrable Magic Circle, it is magic that is available to each of us and every single one of us.
Jessica thank you for sharing how you have restored true health back in to your life and your periods by making more loving choices for your self. Your condition is very common and I know many women who have gone through it or are going through it. What is beautiful is knowing that there are healing modalities out there which support with life style changes to help restore the body back into its true vitality. I will definitely be sharing this blog with others.
This is incredible and should be in every medical journal / magazine – men / young girls / girls and grown women are often told this is something that they will have to live with for the rest of their lives. It’s great there are people like you and Esoteric modalities available that show there is another way to live that truly supports the body and being to heal, that is very practical and real.
Your experience with having an Esoteric Breast Massage demonstrates that this is a great modality available to address and support women’s health issues.
“I feel powerful and excited about contributing to society, getting on with life, doing what I love and living life to the full.” What a wonderful way for a young woman to feel, full of her own authority and willing to share that with society. I am so glad I am amongst people who show there is another way, even when it goes against all the trends of a world slowly losing itself.
It’s almost unfathomable that someone can go through such a complete transformation – being on all levels – as we can get comfortable with accepting improvements or corrections in one aspect of our lives alone; and rarely do we see true shifts that completely transform every facet of our body and the way we live and approach life to the extent that the old is merely a shadow compared to who we are.
I can very much relate to what you say about esoteric modalities inspiring you to make self-loving and self-honouring choices – this, is life changing.
How beautiful that you’re able to change your life around so dramatically with the support of Esoteric Practitioners. I know what you mean about the body stance, I am able to be more open since I learned just how protectively I’d been holding myself, and much of that has been thanks to Esoteric Breast Massage sessions
What this experience and sharing shows along with many others who have supported their health with the Esoteric Healing modalities, is how it is never the actual issue itself that needs addressing but the importance of looking at the whole of us in everypart of our lives. Having experienced a serious health condition myself I can say that by addressing my lack of loving relationship with me and therefore others is the way I have returned to health. This article is so important to share with others as from talking with other women this condition seems to be one many suffer from. Thank you Jessica.
What is incredible is when you get to a point and you are willing to ‘go there’ and dig a little deeper to see what is really going on in our lives and how we are choosing to live. The ideals and beliefs that we have take on that are running us. The Esoteric Modalities I have found to be an endless support in looking and letting go of these. When I allow this I feel so much more lighter and freer to be just me.
Stunning Jess, just stunning!
It’s amazing how your cycle changed when you started to have a different relationship with your breasts. Medical professionals would be challenged by this. I love the fact that you chose self care rather than going back on the pill, and that this has paid off even more than you could have imagined. This is a very inspiring story.
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and many other catch-all terms that the numerous women’s health issues faced by women today are as described here issues that the medical system is struggling to deal with. Honest, open, inspiring and informative blogs such as this are so very needed. Thank you for sharing Jessica Gamble.
What a delicious reminder to feel how these messages from our body are never saying we are wrong or that in anyway we should be ashamed about them. They are simply markers to show an energy has not been cleared in how we are living both with ourselves and with the world
Reading this blog has increased my awareness of the healing that can occur when someone is committed to looking at and going deeper with their health. The esoteric modalities work with the whole person including enquiring into thoughts, feelings, lifestyle choices and reading the symptoms of the body. So inspiring Jessica – thank you.
Whilst I am no expert on this topic I do hear often of the number of women with Period and menstrual cycle problems, this is far higher than those without problems. If we consider how many are devastated by this, how many appointments at medical professionals and yet no steps forward are often taken. Yet what you bring here is the magic, yet the simplicity that shows everyone that there is no need to put up with this if we choose to make a change in how we life.
Thank you, Jessica. It is beautiful to feel your commitment to understanding your body and yourself.
Love hearing about the profound changes that you’ve made and how you now feel, supported by the esoteric therapies and teachings of Universal Medicine, thank you Jessica.
What a lovely reflection of how it is possible to work with our bodies, to understand them rather than to mask symptoms simply to support function. Approaching our health and wellbeing this way is in my view truly self-loving and honours the fact that the body is innately wise, offering us the chance to understand and to evolve. Thank you for sharing this here Jessica.
What a beautiful and inspiring story you have shared with your appreciation for yourself and your connection to your body and all it is showing you being an amazing reflection for all women. From your conditions and lack of fullness vitality and true health to one of joyfulness and love is beautiful to read and the commitment to change and bring a truer way of living through the Esoteric Healing Modalities and Universal Medicine is inspirational.
This helps us understand that we can’t compartmentalise our health into certain aspects, for example the weight loss was needed but that approach alone did not address the amenorrhoea or lack of vitality. I find that the Esoteric Healing modalities have an encompassing and harmonising affect on the whole body, and that used in conjunction with specific programmes, like your weight-loss one, they bring about deep and long lasting change.
To not settle for functioning but to make the choice and changes to live vitally every day – just gorgeous.
Jessica what an inspiring blog! Your physical transformation and return to health is something that needs to be studied. My periods have also been infrequent over the last few years and the medical profession hasn’t been able to explain it. The fact that you have turned this around by connecting to yourself more deeply as a woman, with the support of Esoteric Healing modalities is a mile stone for all women everywhere.
Interesting that the medical response to PCOS, since they don’t know the root cause, is to mask the symptoms – function being the main goal over how we may actually feel. What a blessing therefore it is to have access to the esoteric women’s healing modalities and awareness that our relationship with ourselves and the need to self nurture is the key to our vitality and health.
It is inspiring to read that with conditions such as yours Jessica, which many women suffer from, and from what I can gather are increasing in numbers, is that taking oral medicine is not the only way to manage the conditions, and that it is possible to be cured and to live a very vital life.
This story is yet another example of going from a life that was totally lacking of vitality to one where your whole physical being has changed and you are living life rather than just managing to get by through life. Universal Medicine has supported so many people to make huge changes to there health and well being it is incredible to hear all these amazing stories.
This is a condition that usually does not reverse itself without hormonal intervention and yet you have resolved it Jessica by making different choices in your life. One of the most essential ones was making the decision to have Esoteric Breast Massage, an unusual choice of treatment but one that has clearly made an immense difference in your life, as it has done for hundreds of women who choose it as part of their health care regime. This is powerful evidence that shows how, when we make the focus of treatment about connection to our bodies and inner wisdom, we are empowered to resume responsibility for our health by changing the way we live first and foremost, then seeking additional support from both orthodox and complementary medicine as required.
Thanks for sharing so honestly Jessica, It really is an indictment on society that there is a way of life which supports a disconnection to ourselves, and then when something is wrong, there are the ready made solutions which don’t really work… The Introduction of Esoteric Therapies is truly a miracle as they are helping us connect more with ourselves and less with the momentums we have been running with which cause our ills.
Harry wise words as so often we are given things as quick fixes, but nothing prepares us for the depth of truth that can come our way if we choose to make the energetic quality of the way we live the most important base foundation to life. It’s not only about how we live and the care we take but what intention and quality of energy is behind every move. How incredible is it when we raise children in that way?
The saying goes ‘You can bring the horse to water but you can’t make it drink’. In your case Jessica you lapped up what was offered by Universal Medicine, even if at first I’m sure you didn’t fully understand it all. Your full commitment in yourself and a life lived with vitality and purpose will inspire many.
Thank you Jessica for sharing how the contraceptive pill is often seen as the “go to fix it remedy’ for many women in their teens when they are now having regular monthly periods. What is interesting to read and understand in this blog is how this can often mask but not truly look at healing what lies beneath. The choice you made to go further and seeking support that was asking you to connect more to your body and make loving choices is the marker of how esoteric medicine works. It brings a greater awareness of where to go not just on the level of having your monthly periods but the way you have described the changes in all aspects of your life.
Very inspiring blog Jessica. I too suffered from irregular periods in my teenage years into adulthood.
This changed once I had a deeper connection with my body- breasts and ovaries, after having esoteric breast massage and ovarian massage. Clearing the underlying issues- low self worth and self loathing make a big difference.
The foundational relationship we have with our bodies is everything, isn’t it… Without it, our contribution and engagement in life can be limited and diminished.
Thank goodness for the awarenesses and true healing that the Esoteric Modalities offer us in this regard, and for the many presentations and teachings of Universal Medicine and Esoteric Women’s Health, that I know have inspired me and so many, to rediscover what it is to have a fundamentally caring, nurturing and supportive relationship with our own bodies, and be willing to listen to any signs our bodies offer us that we may be ‘off-kilter’ and need to take a deeper look at the way we are living in very real terms.
Thank-you for sharing your experience of PCOS and struggles with irregular periods Jessica. This is something no doubt that many women can relate to. That you’ve experienced such a turn-around in your body, your cycles and your weight is amazing. What is deeply beautiful, is that you now appreciate and clearly cherish your body as it is – something I’d say most women do not (yet) do…
And so such stories deserve to be shared widely, that such true turn-arounds not be considered simply ‘lucky’, but appreciated for the role that Esoteric Modalities may play, together with a willingness to explore and look at one’s own relationship with one’s body as a woman.
Gorgeous Jessica, and to hear the truth that re-connection to the female body and also female parts via sacred esoteric healing reawakens – a woman in her natural glory.
‘ After I finished a long-term relationship at age 20 I decided to go off the pill, in order to see if I could shift some of the excess weight and regain some aliveness in my body, as my libido was now well and truly dead.’ Your saying this Jessica has reminded me of 1967 when I first got married and went onto the newly invented pill which we women thought was the end to all our trouble about contraception. I had already been having a wonderful affair with my husband-to-be and we decided to marry (I was 17). This was the first pill, and unknown to everyone then it had mega-doses of hormones that were found later to not be necessary and in fact harmful. Then the mini-pill was invented and then later an even lighter pill. Well this original very heavy-dose pill ruined the lives of myself and all my friends who were on it. We went from having wonderful sexual relationships to practically no libido at all. I went off the pill after my marriage broke up, and I immediately felt amazing and sexy again. I still do not know what the ‘answer’ to contraception is, but I certainly know that a woman’s cycles are vital to keep in balance for the health of herself and in fact the whole world and this does not seem to be possible on the pill (at least on the pill that I knew so many years ago). I would love to hear from others on this.
An awesome read, thank you for sharing! Your experience of Esoteric Breast Massage reveal that there is a relationship between a woman’s connection to her breasts and her monthly cycle.
This is a beautiful blog Jessica. It will be an extraordinary help for so many young women experiencing exactly as you have done, with your cycle. There is nothing in the world like a (true) esoteric modality to bring the body back to itself, back into balance so that it then has the very best chance to heal itself with its own love and connectedness.
I have had this feeling myself, that the contraceptive pill can cloud the picture and let us think that our periods are regular and even okay; albeit this medication is certainly very welcome and needed when it is, there is a much deeper level to go to when we want to truly heal and be vital.
The word that shines out to me from what you say Jessica, is ‘connection’. We can change a million things in our lives, alter habits, lose or gain weight or tackle ‘deep emotional issues’, but if this is not done without a willingness to connect to ourselves, others and the world, the difficulties we experience will just inevitably repeat. It’s ironic for as your healing shows, we are naturally designed to live in connection and flow. Your words jump off the page as if to ask me – ‘hey so why don’t you give this a go? It is totally safe’
The changes that can be brought by making self-loving choices for ourselves are immeasurable.
Gosh, that’s amazing. I am currently experiencing irregular periods as well as very very draining and painful ones when it does come. I am forever anticipating the next arrival and always anxious about having to be at work on those days. It’s great to read there are other options other than just taking medication.
I have only known you as a healthy, very attractive, extremely bright eyed young woman, I can hardly believe that you were 20 kg heavier! Your transformation by the sound of it was gradual and you can tell that because it is not a extreme, its not a fad but quite the opposite. From what I can see, through the support of Universal Medicine – you have been given the space to bloom and therefore you are not struggling to maintain anything. I say this because I have often seen people achieve great weight loss and health improvements in a short space of time but when I look into their eyes, they look like they are trapped in a prison of the pressure their new figure holds, trap in loads of working out and calorie counting, trapped in their own skin. When I look in your crystal clear blue eyes, I feel like I am alive, like anything is possible and I feel a freedom bounce out of your every cell, that makes me smile from cheek to cheek. Thank you for this article, it’s as stunning as you are!
‘Within the week of receiving this session I had my first period in what was about 16 months’, that’s incredible and so wonderful that your mother knew what was going to support you.
I imagine everyone is reading the same thing I am reading in this article. I could say this is a great or lovely or inspiring story but it goes well beyond that. To be real you would have to call this a miracle wouldn’t you? I mean from what has been offered the author was in a very bad way as a young woman and then with the support and choices she has made, “They have gone from an A cup to C cup, however, I have gone from 80 kg to 60kg. With this weight loss my body structure has changed, with slender shoulders and less of an armouring stance in my back and arms; the feeling and texture of my skin has even changed! I am also happy to report I have had regular periods for over 4 years now.” I have never heard of someone being so dramatically transformed through what appears to be a simple treatment plan. I have seen those adds going around where people have highly successful diet programs where people lose 4 to 10kg’s but 20kg’s and not only that a complete body realignment and a restart of her menstrual cycle. Words alone can’t do justice to what this article offers and this whole thing needs to be out there for everyone to see, what a great support these modalities offer.
This is definitely a miracle Ray Karam. Where else would you read of the body transformation that is not just weight loss but the fullness you are know feeling in your entire body that came from the support of these great modalities. I have seen so many weight loss programs that are based on illnesses such as PCOS and they always lead to a short term of weight loss and in many cases weight is regained as there is no move towards looking at the root cause, which in this case Jessica knew was needed beyond the recommendations highlighted.
Jessica, what a beautiful sharing! As a health practitioner myself, I must say that ‘cases’ like yours bring a huge smile to my face as the changes you have allowed and made and worked on are phenomenal and not that easy to achieve. I can see you worked consistently on these things and it did take some time, but your willingness to be there for yourself and learn and grow, is palpable. Most cases I see do not have such an amazing outcome, so to see and hear of a case like yours is a confirmation that it can indeed be done, and with how you have gone about it, it is an inspiration to all of us as women to care more deeply for ourselves and our cycle. Thank you for sharing!
What an amazing story, Jessica. Your joie de vie is palpable and infectious.
It is shocking in a way to hear that young women today are struggling with their health and that there is not much true support available that helps them to address it in a way that offers them a true way forward – this is intense considering that they still have their whole life in front of them.
So good to know that Universal Medicine offers more than band-aids and supported you to turn your life around in such a magnificent way Jessica!
It is extraordinary how life changing these modalities and the teachings of Universal Medicine can be if one really puts them into practice – and they are so simple!
Your commitment to making changes that have transformed your body and life are nothing shot of inspirational.
I have heard of so many instances (and have had experiences myself) of the body turning round something that seemed blocked for ages soon after the end of a session of an Esoteric Healing modality. Recent examples I can recall are overdue periods, blocked sinuses, constipation, tense and knotted muscles, even the lack of clarity on issues. And this is despite the modalities never focusing on a symptom or an issue. It shows the fallacy of trying to address anything in isolation, and it is a great indicator of the power of these modalities in supporting the body’s return to harmony and flow.
Yes, Golnaz. It is apparent that Jessica did not just focus on one thing, but committed to deepening her relationship with herself in general.
What an amazing change over the last 10 years, brought about by your willingness to explore and your commitment to the changes you knew were needed. The Esoteric Healing modalities play a pivotal role in bringing true and lasting healing.
Powerful sharing Jessica, what stood out for me all the way through was your commitment to understanding more about what your body was showing you… how you were contributing to that and the changes that were needed.
The changes in you Jessica from where you were to where you are now are nothing short of miraculous, and all because of the choices you made to take extra care of your body with the support of practitioners of the Esoteric Healing modalities. Very inspiring and definately a story that is worth sharing with all women who may be undergoing a similar experience.
I love this very simple and practical blog. I too had support from Estoeric modalities when my periods stopped for around a year – these were Esoteric Connective Tissue Exercises and Esoteric Yoga for women and vitamin and mineral support from an Esoteric Naturopath alongside continually working with western medicine, seeing doctors and getting scans. Both combined together offered the optimum support and also eating more, and putting on weight – all supported and helped my periods regularly return.
The Esoteric Healing Modalities are absolutely incredible. For over 13 years I have been inspired and transformed by them. How they support us to connect to our bodies and our Soul is one that I have never felt before from other modalities (and I have tried a few). Starting to become aware and honest about what we have been choosing to live that is not from our inner essence and healing these patterns and behaviours that feed such separation.
It is simply remarkable what is possible with lifestyle changes! Not just the diet exercise but the whole way we can take care of ourselves.
Amazing sharing Jessica – you are a living testimony of the integrity of the esoteric modalities and the effect they have when you are simultaneously willing to take an honest look at the way you live on a daily basis and from there make changes or adjustments that will truly support you.
Super beautiful Jessica, what an inspiration this is to read. It reminded me of how closed off I was from my body and especially my breasts. How often I would feel shame about them.. Equally to what you share, I have felt and experienced (still do) the esoteric healing sessions and esoteric breast massage, where I started to learn that trusting my feelings again is my way to go, and in that I am getting to know myself inside out and the connection I now can choose to be coming from within myself and from there to live life and am learning to love my body and let go of the judgement and false images I had about myself and “beauty”.. It has been an amazing path to let go of all that is not who I truly am from inside.
Thanks for sharing your story Jess – I appreciate hearing about the inner journey, having observed the outer changes from afar. The light in your face and the spring in your step is confirmation that you’ve been making the right choices.
I’m really blown away by this story Jessica. What an amazing testament to the changes you have made and the incredible support offered by the esoteric modalities presented by Universal Medicine.
A man in your situation would probably not have the detailed feedback that your body gave you. Getting the messages you did clearly seems preferable to being able to coast along with no obvious symptoms.
On reading this article I took a moment to stop and ponder with something that Jessica shared. This being how she felt the contraceptive pill was masking how her body really was. It made me then connect with the reality of life for young women today. It seems to be the normal in society to begin having sex at younger and younger ages, to go on the pill to prevent unwanted pregnancies and that nothing is thought of this behaviour. Yet here we find ourselves, with many women living, not even having a chance to know their bodies and if they are communicating that they are not well, because the symptoms could well be masked by the artificial creation of the monthly period that the pill offers. This then brought me to another pondering, responsibility. Could the ‘freedom’ the pill has offered actually have supported our lack of responsibility with our bodies and how we are with them?
Every article I read that offers healing is not about being fixed by a Doctor, but about taking control of how we care for, love and support our bodies is another very powerful piece of writing, that is available for all. Thank you Jessica for writing about your experiences and offering many women, young and old a way forward from a poly cystic ovaries diagnosis.
Your experience Jessica shows the power of the esoteric healing modalities and how they reconnect us to our natural rhythmns.
Thank you for sharing here Jessica. When you read the black and white facts you write it can be easy to think ‘oh wow!’. But what I have found is that, if you are able to talk to people on a deeper, more intimate level, many will reveal that themselves or someone they know very well is suffering from multiple health conditions. For beyond the ‘gym culture’ and ‘active life’ propaganda that we see, there is something serious going on with the health of everyday people, just like you and me. It is only the fact that we often stay silent, that lets people soldier on thinking its ‘just them’. Just you sharing what you have, and the turnaround that you have found is awesome and groundbreaking in itself.
Another amazing story of how the Esoteric Healing Modalities as presented by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine Practitioners have truly supported someone, in this case a young woman, to turn her life around and bring about healing on many levels. The Esoteric Breast Massage is a wonderful inroad to developing our relationship with ourselves as women, and discovering what it is to be a true woman in the world today.
A beautiful testimonial to real life changes that are evidently sustainable, inspired and supported by Esoteric Medicine, but deeply embodied by yourself, very powerful indeed.
This kind of turn-around in this kind of condition is practically unheard of from what I know of medicine. It is usually ‘managed’ with medications or invasive surgery. So to hear a story like this is very interesting indeed and shows that real lifestyle changes supported by genuine healing sessions as offered by Universal Medicine are definitely worth further investigation as complementary medicine supporting conventional medicine.
The point you make about going from 80kg to 60kg in weight and your breasts going from an A cup to A C cup goes against all thinking. Women always presume that if they lose weight then their breast size will reduce and this was my experience when I was younger. Your experience has completely gone against the norm. Amazing journey thank you for sharing as I too have found the healing modalities you mentioned incredibly supportive in so many areas of my life.
Yes very different Fiona to what happens a lot of the time for women, lose weight and lose breast size or bottom size etc and have another thing to not feel enough. What an amazing difference though when women don’t focus on losing weight (like the weight is them) and instead look at what their body is showing and letting go everything that does not support or is not them hence rekindling the true woman.
The experience from your ill health to true vitality is a case study waiting to be written up for qualitative research to bring the esoteric modalities out into the world to share for everyone.
It really is amazing how transforming these Sacred Esoteric Healing modalities are. I too have experienced similar in that I am nowhere near the person I used to be in my teens/early 20’s. These modalities help to heal the ‘being’ part of the human being and the body follows thereafter.
The same for me – in my mid-50s I have more vitality than I ever had before and I almost always had energy in my life.
This is gorgeous Jessica. Thank you for sharing. A very real and candid account of what you have been through and how you have turned it around.
What you show here Jessica is that having irregular periods is hi-lighting that we are not in rhythm with our bodies and this can affect our health. I remember when I was young not worrying too much when I didn’t have a period as I saw them as an inconvenience, but I now know this showed how disconnected I was to my body and the connection I was missing in being a woman, and I welcomed the pill as it lessened the heaviness of my periods even though I knew deep down it was not supporting my body. ” During this time I was on the contraceptive pill and had been since age 15, so my periods were falsely manufactured and I therefore had little knowledge of just how much my body was struggling.” This is a great point and one I had not considered but makes sense, and why it can take a long time for periods to come back again into their own natural rhythm.
Your sharing is inspirational Jessica. I am sure there are so many women out there in the world who have similar experiences with nowhere to go for answers or help in the healing of such a condition . We are so fortunate to have access to the Healing modalities of Universal Medicine and the wonderful Practitioners trained by Serge BenHayon.
Well this tale is nothing short of a miracle – and I hope we can all appreciate that. If you look at where Jessica was to where she is today, no doubt the doctors would be surprised. Self-love and caring for ourselves is the foundation for change and it’s an inspiration to read your story.
It is quite miraculous how you received one Esoteric Breast Massage and immediately got your period. I know this has been the case for at least 10 other women. This modality is super powerful.
Beautiful sharing Jessica, thankyou. This just shows what’s possible when we take back responsibility for the part we can play in our own healing, rather than becoming a victim of the system which often papers over the cracks rather than gets to the root of any problem. The Esoteric modalities, in addressing the root cause, work amazingly well alongside western medicine.
It is interesting to see how in western countries the emphasis for young women seems to be sex education and avoiding teenage pregnancies by prescribing contraceptive pills. Whereas we should be offering them an education in developing a true relationship with self and others. I know my life would have been very different had I been taught this and how to look after my body, honour and understand menstruation cycles and love myself.
Jessica what a powerful story, one that shows us just how important our part is in our health, its key and that we simply can’t expect medicine to fix our every problem if we ourselves don’t choose to change. When we are stuck however that change can seem a pipe dream yet the reality is anything is possible if we choose the quality in which we start to live our life to be one based on the truth of the body first.
Thank you for sharing this Jessica, not only is this story testament to your openness to getting to the nitty gritty in terms of dealing with your lack of periods and self care, but also one to the power of the esoteric healing modalities. They totally blow me away! Last week I was doing a sacred movement session and felt my pelvis clearing. However within this it felt much more spacious and free. The next morning my period, which is very regular, had started a week early! My body was simply continuing the clearing that had been offered to it…
An amazing testimony of the power of esoteric medicine. What stands out here is how conventional medicine often masks the problem by handing out medication, in this case contraceptive pills. Whereas esoteric medicine supports us through esoteric breast massage, other modalities and consultations to deeply connect with and understand our bodies. It is this deeper connection with our bodies, together with self care and loving choices that brings our bodies back into balance.
What a beautiful story of how not by not covering the main issue but instead looking for support to resolve it brings profound results.
Another amazing comeback from misery due to the wonderful modalities of universal Medicine!
What an incredible transformation Jessica. This testimony highlights just how much we accept our lethargy and sluggishness as a normal part of life, instead of appreciating it as clear signs that how we are choosing to live is not supporting our bodies. The Esoteric Breast Massage has had a profound effect on my periods too and on the way I have connected to and treat myself as a woman. This process that has continued to deepen with the support of the other Esoteric Women’s Health modalities, all of which empower us to resume responsibility for our health and make positive changes in our self care, attitudes and appreciation of our bodies, as oppose to smothering up the symptoms with the Pill and continuing to live the same ill choices that created the condition in the first place.
Thank you Jessica. This blog is very confirming of the fact that we are made of energy.
Jessica, thank you for your honesty in sharing this story – how inspiring it is to read of the huge change in your health and wellbeing from sessions with Universal Medicine Esoteric Modalities.
What amazing changes can occur when we choose to live our lives in connection with our body and thus reconnecting to who we truly are and what we are here for. This purpose changes the way we live and the understanding we have about life, how it is about reflecting the light and yes our eyes shine for everyone to see and feel.
Your story is another testament to the power of choices when we restore the natural harmony of our body.
Very supportive blog Jessica. It is great to see that just changing our diet and exercise to lose weight and just taking the pill so we at least have a period, be it artificial is not enough. We need to have the understanding that we matter and heal why we are not exercising and eating well for ourselves. Esoteric Healing is a beautiful support in that as it understands the energetic causes of illness and disease.
Jessica, you choosing to take responsibility for taking care of yourself in every aspect of life with the support of the beautiful esoteric modalities has brought harmony and rhythm back into your body.
This is life changing Jessica – simply choosing to enquire more deeply into your relationship with you and bringing in those modalities that supported this. Any symptoms of discomfort, pain or irregularity in the body have a message for us but it is whether we choose to listen or not. Vitality is an expected ingredient of life when you just 18 and to have this elude you is a big ‘stop’. Thank you for sharing your experience with us all.
It is so beautiful to read what the esoteric modalities bring in restoring that natural vitality and rhythm of the body in which we then can reconnect to our inner most and feel that there is joy and purpose in life. Thank you for sharing Jessica.
What an incredible and inspiring turnaround Jessica, and a testimonial to the fact that lifestyle changes do have a significant impact on our health.
What a great testimony this is to the modality of Esoteric breast Massage, and revealing for women, just how loaded and how much (issues) we carry in the breast, that affects women’s health.
By sharing lived experiences like Jessica’s I am sure that so many other women will be inspired to know that they don’t have to live with conditions that often the medical profession struggle to heal. You can read medical literature that will tell you the best way to cure this type of health issue, you can take the advice of your doctors but by hearing how one young woman has turned her life around is the true life inspiration that people are looking for.
How many of us are choosing to live a mere shadow of who we truly are because we have not yet rekindled the flame that reignites the love we are, to be at the fore of our expression? Thank you Jess for showing us how simple it is to resurrect our true self once we make the choice to no longer live in such darkness.
Beautiful sharing Jessie and a great testimony to the true quality of these Esoteric healing modalities.
I have been pondering on Evidence Base Medicine and wondering why personal experiences are not necessarily regarded as something that are highly regarded. However from your perspective these experiences and the choices you have made have been life changing and are all the evidence you need. Working in health we need to see the importance and relevance of all evidence in the prevention of ill health and the return to wellbeing and trusting that the person actually knows what they need to do to support and care for themselves. That’s the beauty of the Esoteric Modalities, starting from the place that we do know and it is simply our choices that stop us.
That is a great question Jennifer and a mystery to me too, whenever i relate a story of someone who has transformed their health I am usually met with the response that this is just one person and not enough evidence. Yet the evidence of one is so powerful as Jess shares, and what works for one is certainly worth investing time and resources to see if this way of living and treatment could help thousands if not millions, even 6 billion.
Great point Jennifer, what does all the evidence do if in the end we as a society still are not better off. Whilst personal experiences such as Jessica’s show what is possible and inspire others tremendously to follow suit.
Quite a transformation Jessica! I work with many women who have been diagnosed with PCOS and while the medical system offers some support, they are largely left to live with the ill condition with no idea of how and where else they can seek support. It’s such a blessing to know that complementary health modalities, especially those offered through Universal Medicine, can help to fill in the gaps. Thank you for sharing your story as there are many people, especially women, who are hungry for such information as they go on their search for answers.
What I love about your honest account Jessica is how you recognise that in the reconnection with your body and making more supportive choices, it has allowed that light that is within us all to shine more brightly through your eyes.
I feel we have truly blessed our purpose-full selves by choosing to be here at this time and to be open to receiving the reflection of the love of Heaven and the joy of interacting with esoteric practitioners who share the wealth of divine modalities as has been presented by Universal Medicine through the Way of The Livingness religion, and to be receiving the delicate treatments such as the Esoteric Breast Massage. What a difference these modalities have made to my life also.
So many young women put pressure on themselves to be a certain way and have a certain lifestyle. We follow social media celebrities, copy their workout routines, diets, clothes, because we are constantly looking for somebody to tell us how to be in life. Thank god for Serge Benhayon and the teachings of Universal Medicine that constantly remind us that nothing on the outside can ever be our guide.
Jess, you are so inspiring, what an amazing sister I have! From someone who was almost too sensitive for the world around you, to someone who has embraced that delicacy and lives life from it every day – showing others just how tender and sweet people can be to one another.
What you don’t say here, but what is extra-amazing, is how you have now trained in the beautiful esoteric breast massage modality and are assisting others in reconnecting with themselves through your work. Giving the gift of these amazing changes you are a walking example of, to others, including your family!
Go girl. You rock.
And thank you Kate, for letting us know that Jessica is available to support women to heal at this very same depth. And to add, I am inspired by your whole family!
Beautiful the way you write about your sister Kate! I can feel her delicate nature and her sweetness – it is tangible from your words!
Ah, Kate, you have helped further reveal and confirm your sister’s secret ‘weapon’ – her power as a woman and her true depth of connection to how we can live as women…how beautiful!
