Coming Back to Truth

By Anonymous, Lismore, Australia

In my mid-twenties, I was living with a couple of flatmates in Byron Bay. I was living an apparently idyllic lifestyle, with close friends, many hours spent walking on the beach, going surfing and being creative. I worked part-time as a graphic designer for a local newspaper and in odd retail jobs.

It looked like an easy fun-loving life on the surface, though I felt there was something amiss in my life. I felt a deep sense of sadness that I was not living my full potential and that my relationships were not working. My intimate relationships never seemed to last and I would usually be the one to run away. I was in a poor mental state and recall feeling very lost and alone, often calling Lifeline for someone to talk to.

I remember speaking with my flatmate about these issues and she suggested I could go to see Serge Benhayon, a healing practitioner who lived nearby. After living in Byron Bay for many years, I had tried many healing therapies, including different styles of meditation, yoga, chiropractic, natural therapy, acupuncture, psychic readings and massage. I was interested in crystals and energy, and read many spiritual new age books to try and find a deeper understanding of what was missing in my life.

My appointment with Serge was yet another attempt to find something that I thought would ‘fix’ me, in much the same way as I had approached other healing therapies in the past.

I saw Serge for a few sessions and was always met with a level of care and clarity and a level of integrity that I had never experienced before. At times, I felt disappointed because he did not pander to me or sympathise with my problems, but would respond in a simple and clear way with the truth of what he felt was going on, without ever trying to coerce me to accept what he said. Over time I found this to be a true sense of love and care, though initially I found it very challenging. This was because I was so used to looking for relief from my troubles, not taking responsibility for where I had ended up in my life, and I wanted someone to prop me up with what I wanted to hear to please me and appease my emptiness inside. Serge did not do any of this – he delivered truth that was not always comfortable to hear, but that I knew was true by the way I felt inside.

Regardless of my inner struggle, meeting a man with such a high level of integrity and care was a huge blessing, as it was something I had not experienced previously in my life. Despite this, there came a point when I decided not to continue to go to see him for any more sessions. Looking back, it was because I was feeling confronted and I did not want to go any further with going within and returning to what I already innately knew, to uncover what was being presented to me.

A fair time later, at the age of 27, I experienced some significant mental stress after putting too much pressure on myself and not caring for myself deeply or dealing with my inner turmoil. I was trying to fit the picture of what life should look like. I was studying, moving house, starting a new job, and having a long distance relationship. In order to try to alleviate my tension I was self-medicating with homeopathy treatments from the naturopathy course I was studying. I ended up in hospital for 3 weeks before I was well enough to return home and to care for myself. This was devastating and it shook my confidence very strongly. Despite this wake-up call, I continued to not commit to relationships, though I desperately longed for real intimacy. I felt like my life was not going anywhere. I continued with poor mental health over a number of years and was hospitalised again after my father passed away.

One day my mother went for lunch with a group of friends and met a woman who was offering healing sessions in Sacred Esoteric Healing. My mother suggested that I would possibly like to have some healing, as I was struggling with relationship issues. My mother gave me her number and I called the lady, and decided to go and see her, as I knew I needed support.

When I met the woman, she explained she was practising a Universal Medicine modality taught by Serge Benhayon. I was a bit taken aback with this because I had already seen Serge years before, but had decided not to pursue this line of healing or any other healing for that matter. However, with where I was at in my life, I knew I needed something to support me and decided I would re-commit to my own healing. I ended up having regular sessions of Sacred Esoteric Healing and Esoteric Chakra-puncture for a year with this woman, which supported me greatly. Because she was so real and practical, I began to open up to her and began feeling safer expressing myself with others.

I began to attend the monthly presentations held by Universal Medicine which were a great opportunity to get to meet other people who were also interested in health, wellbeing and true healing. The presentations supported me to understand living well through the connection with my body and having healthy relationships – firstly with myself and then with others. This was beautiful for me to feel, as I had longed to be with others who also cared about these things.

In my 30’s I started seeing a psychologist who supported me with regular sessions. Their approach also supported me, since I was never pandered to but rather lovingly supported with truth. With this truth as a foundation, and the chance to feel and express my feelings, I began to take more responsibility for my life and my choices. I then started seeing an esoteric practitioner who supported me to develop my relationship with my body and stop living so much from my head and the raciness and checked-out state I had been living in.

All in all, I began to find the inner life and love I so longed for and began to live it in my outer life.

Through Serge Benhayon’s teachings and the regular support of esoteric practitioners of the modalities of Universal Medicine, along with regular visits to my GP and developing a loving relationship with myself and life, I have found another way of living life from the fullness and potential of who I am, with health and vitality and purpose. Living from an inner-most self that I always knew was within me, means I am now living and enjoying life more than ever before.

It’s not perfect, and I still struggle with the pressures placed on us by society about how we think life should be, or what we should be doing with it, and how we should be looking and what we should have. I also know it’s not about being perfect either – none of us are or will be. But with the ongoing care and support I am now giving myself and taking responsibility for my life, along with the loving people in my everyday life, and the support of Universal Medicine practitioners, I feel I have had the chance to go deeper within to find the gem that I am and to live it in the world.

  1. It’s interesting to reflect on how we are in life, we say we don’t like it, and we don’t as it is at times agony to be human, yet when the true healing is on offer we can also turn away from it. There are a lot of reflections in your blog for me to look at around that same theme – am I truly seeking healing and a return to my own inner truth? And if not, what are the blocks there? Thank you, great sharing.

  2. Most people would jump at the chance to live this sort of life
‘I was living an apparently idyllic lifestyle, with close friends, many hours spent walking on the beach, going surfing and being creative. I worked part-time as a graphic designer for a local newspaper and in odd retail jobs.’
So it is interesting to read that no matter how idyllic life seemed there was an unsettlement within you and you found this unsettlement never goes away no matter how much we try to put a lid on these feelings.
For thousands of people meeting Serge Benhayon has changed their lives as he supports people to understand this unsettlement and why they feel it, this can be challenging to accept and deal with as you yourself have experienced. If we can get beyond the ‘quick-fixes’ of life there is a whole different world to discover.

  3. I agree we have pressures placed on us by society but at the same time, it’s how we are in those pressures is the key. I totally get it and you are not alone. Life is designed in such a way, that it will have this effect on us. Unless we hold ourselves so that we are not affected, because the love and care we have for ourselves, is so foundational that nothing penetrates it – just how Serge Benhayon presents himself.

  4. ‘meeting a man with such a high level of integrity and care was a huge blessing’ Absolutely. And 13 years on from knowing him despite many a thing that has been thrown at him the high level of integrity and care is still very much there … which is pretty awesome and incredibly inspiring ✨

    1. Vicky I can only concur, the level of integrity Serge Benhayon holds is beyond words. I have seen no other human do this, yet…

  5. To me the title of this blog says it all ‘Coming Back to Truth’. We all innately know the truth and have walked away from it. All we need to do is walk back to it. The true truth has always and will always be there ✨ And Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine are the most beautiful beacon of light shining this for all of humanity ✨

  6. ‘Serge did not do any of this – he delivered truth that was not always comfortable to hear, but that I knew was true by the way I felt inside.’ When Serge delivers the truth we are given space to feel its authenticity for ourselves. Despite the discomfort of having my own choices exposed in the early years, this inner knowing felt so sure that it overrode the discomfort and I haven’t looked back.

  7. I agree with what you are saying anonymous that Serge Benhayon does not pander anyone. He just tells it as it is and this can be quite challenging because we have built our society on trying to fix something rather than look at the nub of the issue. When we pick apart the issue it is possible to discover that there wasn’t really an issue to begin with, just a story that keeps us in the continuous loop of emotions, dramas and dilemmas.

  8. I agree Richard but in truth it’s not Serge that we’re hearing, it’s the Ageless Wisdom. A wisdom which comes through Serge Benhayon in exactly the same way as it has come through every other messenger since the beginning of time. And there will come a time when the Ageless Wisdom comes through us all and unites us in the common purpose of serving God and God alone.

  9. Meeting Serge Benhayon is a meeting with heaven and beyond. Seriously this man knows the universe and its workings like no-one else on earth.

  10. Awesome to hear how much you turned your life around and of the people in your life who truly supported you with this.

  11. And what I adore about developing this relationship with ‘my inner most self’ is that for the first time ever I have a sure, steady and consistent something in my life that supports and informs me through all that every day offers, which means that I can be in the ups and downs but not thrown around by them.

  12. This is what is so refreshing about Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine because there is no pandering or sympathy which is what our spirit wants and thrives on. Instead we are supported to take responsibility for our lives and interactions. I found this way to be completely different to say psychotherapy where I was encouraged to feel I was the victim and that it was everyone else’s problem not mine so there is never a true sense of healing it’s just like putting a band aide over a wound but the wound never heals it just festers away.

  13. Every time I’m in a funk I find that the way out of it can be found in one aspect or another of the Esoteric work as presented by Serge Benhayon and many others. I’ve yet to find an area of life that it doesn’t or can’t cover because it’s based on everything already being in me. And since I am in every part of my life, nothing is impossible to heal from.

  14. I concur indeed it is ‘Regardless of my inner struggle, meeting a man with such a high level of integrity and care was a huge blessing, as it was something I had not experienced previously in my life.’ It tells us something about the way we are living when currently it is a rarity to meet a man or woman with such a high level of integrity and care … this should be our normal at the very least.

  15. I am back on this blog again and once again feel the appreciation of reading blogs by people and for people who are interested in asking ‘why’ and not just looking for solutions to ailments or issues. We are so incredibly powerful in our own healing when we take the front seat – perhaps even the driving seat of our own health.

    1. Me too Lucy I came back to this blog because there is something for us all to look at which I feel is this need for someone else to relieve us from our issues, to take responsibility for us so that we can just frolic in the sun. And in writing this I get a sense of religion, we know that there are certain religions that encourage us to hand ourselves over to that religion and they will take care of the rest as long as we go to church and give our money to it we will be saved and go to heaven when our time comes. This however is the trap because it takes all the responsibility away from us and leaves us in the desolation of the emptiness of not connecting to ourselves and God.

  16. There is an acceptance that can be felt in this writing that we can all occasionally tumble and make mistakes and that is ok. Being open to understanding this is such a big part of our learning process.

  17. I am glad you have found a new perspective of life, and consider yourself to be more responsible over your personal well being, however, I don’t think you should be too surprised at hearing about Serge Benhayon from people close to you, especially if he practices in your region, so don’t take it as too much of a sign, more so see it as his name and his practices are reaching more and more people. We are Physiological, Biological and Psychological beings and we are so lucky to live our time on this earth. Don’t give your money away to any institutions, unless it is responsible to do so, and continue to treat yourself well, enjoy your journey x

  18. It is so important to question if what we have subscribed to is truly what we want to align to, if it holds our values. If we don’t we can find ourselves living a life that is not really ‘us’ but moving to someone else’s tune which inevitably causes unease physically and emotionally.

  19. “It looked like an easy fun-loving life on the surface.” And how many could say the same? All too many of us present a front that all is okay, but who are we really fooling? Only ourselves.

    1. So true and yet it is accepted and even encouraged with social media. It only takes one to make a choice to not subscribe to that and, who knows, it may become a ‘thing’ to be our awesome selves.

  20. Whilst the chaos of life rages around me, I am building a steadiness and sureness in life that is both beautiful and miraculous. This is absolutely because of the support of Universal Medicine.

    1. Agreed. The craziness of life, the bizarre behaviour that defies logic is much easier to observe when you have a foundation of living that knows what feels true in the body. Observing and not absorbing then becomes a more trusted way to live.

  21. In our lives, we have this picture of what it means to make it or have it all. It could be a nice car, family, nice house, a couple of holidays a year …. and on the outside, it may look like we have it made and have a perfect life but on the inside, the emptiness is still present and at times can feel like a big gaping hole in our stomachs. No amount of possessions or idyllic lifestyles will give us a connection to our innermost.

  22. I love your honesty in saying ‘It looked like an easy fun-loving life on the surface, though I felt there was something amiss in my life.” There is more to life than surface living, we are made to go deep within and discover the divinity we are.

    1. And I am now grateful for that constant unease I felt, even when my life on the surface was going great, because it was constantly inviting me to explore deeper, behind the facade.

  23. To “have had the chance to go deeper within to find the gem that I am and to live it in the world” – this is so precious for us all to learn from, for we are all gems that can shine so brightly and the world needs gems.

  24. “I also know it’s not about being perfect either – none of us are or will be.” Aiming for perfection and having pictures of how things ‘should be’ is a killer. There lies disappointment and not feeling good enough. Far better to appreciate even baby steps to truth and being who we truly are.

  25. Thankyou for sharing Anon. “All in all, I began to find the inner life and love I so longed for and began to live it in my outer life.” Without an inner life we just live functionally and materially. No wonder so many turn to distractions to attempt to numb themselves.

    1. Yes, me included. I thought the outer life was the only reality there was . It is only when I wondered where the playfulness of my childhood had gone and found that connection again in the Esoteric Healing Therapies that I recognised what I had walked away from. Re-developing that connection has been an incredible gift.

  26. ‘Coming back to truth’. Pondering on these 4 words I am touched by the confirmation that we know truth; that it is innate in us, ready and waiting to be lived.

  27. I agree that when having a session with Serge Benhayon I was also met with a level of care and integrity that I have not encountered anywhere else both in conventional and complementary health.

    1. And ongoingly this is a point of inspiration, realising that we can live and develop this quality (true care and integrity) in ourselves for ourselves and all our relationships.

      1. Absolutely, it was a great marker and inspiration for me as a health care practitioner myself to see and feel this level of dedication to care and has led to me bringing this more and more into my own practice which has hugely benefited me and my clients.

    2. I have had one session with Serge – many years ago now. The level of care, integrity and love were second to none. Such a powerful reflection and an inspiration.

  28. Interesting how we can be surrounded by people and busy living a normal functional life and still feel empty and lonely inside if we are not living true to who we are.

    1. You can amass and collect as many things on the outside as you like but they will never make up for the missing the connection with what is inside – our inner most essence of who we are.

  29. One of many things I love about getting to know myself better from the inside out is that there is a steadiness, sureness and consistency building in me which is very warming.

  30. Retirement is just a name for changing jobs and golden opportunity to find new ways to evolve. They also pay you monthly to stay away and not work for them.

  31. What is amazing is there a whole new generation that is growing up being aware of false ideals. What can they do with an entire life of being conscious of the world around them?

  32. What an inspiring example of a return to the wisdom that is within to influence the way we live. It seems we need permission to return to the common sense our body is sharing with us on how to deal with the tension we experience in modern life.

  33. There is no better dose of medicine that developing a better relationship with the body and responding to its communications.

    1. This is very lovely and very true ❤️ reminding me to go deeper with this and love and listen to my body more ✨

    1. There is nothing more settling than coming home in this way, Matilda. There might be a little turbulence before landing as the truth we wanted to avoid is right there in front of our faces… but on making the landing “welcome home” could never be truer.

  34. Realizing how easy is seeing what’s not working, the mind goes very quick to find the faults but appreciation is a choice that heals, restores and brings us back to the joy of living.

    1. How many have forgotten what self-appreciation is and replaced it with doing? I know I can raise my hand. When life feels simple and as you have said, the mind steps in to ensure it is everything but simple to keep us from feeling.

      1. Yes, both my hands are up as well and unlearning the doing in response to the feeling will be an ongoing joy-filled process of returning to the common sense of my body!

  35. At this point in time, reading such an unfolding process supports me very much. True, in the society we live in there is a plenty of should and shouldn’ts that establish a kind of standard, and I’m observing recently in myself how this has conditioned my way of being and relating with others for so long.
But what I love most from being part of Universal Medicine is that thanks to living my own experience in life – beyond the imposing rules from this world – I’m learning a lot, that we can live with ease and joy, accepting our imperfections, our struggles, the huge contraction we have been in for so long…and the pure beauty that we are by nature.
Appreciating this process and the fact that I’m equally precious like everyone else, supports me to come back to me and to embrace a way of living that starts with loving myself unconditionally. A beautiful process that, as you well said Anon, is far away from perfection, but truthful.

  36. It’s amazing how our life changes when we begin to give ourselves ongoing and ever deepening care and support.

    1. Yes I agree. And what I used to think of as care feels paltry today. I love that this relationship with care and nurturing is always developing and the impact it has had on my health and the way I relate to others is super cool.

  37. ‘I was living an apparently idyllic lifestyle, with close friends, many hours spent walking on the beach, going surfing and being creative’ – it’s interesting how we can have an idyllic lifestyle people would die for (as the saying goes) and yet still find that there is a discontentment deep within.

  38. ‘I feel I have had the chance to go deeper within to find the gem that I am and to live it in the world.’ This is really wonderful. I handed over who I should be to the world but now I’m discovering I can be me in the world and life becomes playful.

  39. The truth never waivers. We are the ones that waiver. Which means whenever we choose to return to it it is instantly there. True truth that is.

  40. The day I first met Serge Benhayon was the day that my life began to change. It was an absolute blessing and a day I shall never forget. Serge delivers truth in a few words that I simply could not deny. What we then choose to do with them is up to us.

    1. ‘Serge delivers truth in a few words that I simply could not deny. What we then choose to do with them is up to us’. Agreed Sandra. Truth has to be chosen it can’t be rammed down anyone’s throat, in fact if anyone is trying to ram anything down another person’s throat then it sure as hell isn’t the truth.

  41. “All in all, I began to find the inner life and love I so longed for and began to live it in my outer life.” Living from the inside out is the only way the world sees a true reflection.

  42. So true it is never about being perfect or painting a picture that everything is fine. It is far better to be honest and be willing to expose the layers that are holding us back and then we can truly allow ourselves to heal.

  43. Coming out of all the ideals and beliefs that we have about how we should be and how life should be can be a great freedom. However we are also left with having to feel everything that we have avoided up until then.

  44. Even a wee dose of self-honesty and self-responsibility can start transforming our lives in the most magical ways.

  45. Coming back to truth can be an intensely uncomfortable experience, especially when there is no pandering either. But with so much to relearn, grow from and expand into the discomfort is well rewarded.

  46. Great point to let go of rules that don’t work. The next step is to appreciate and confirm what does work. That creates a base for further expansion.

  47. There are a lot of therapies and modalities in Byron Bay but Byron Bay does not show up in health statistics as a particularly beneficial place to live.

  48. ‘Ongoing care’ and the realisation that the teachings of Universal Medicine make absolute sense in the grandest, most unifying way, are like steady keels in my life now. No, it is not all smooth and perfect but yes I have more understanding and purpose than ever before.

  49. Fighting Truth is like fighting thin air… as much as one may try the air will continue to be everything everywhere.

    1. The futility of trying to fight thin air has put a wry smile on my face. How mad resistance is when truth is all around us and always reflected by others, in the condition of the world, in the spark in someone’s eyes…

  50. When we welcome what truth is and the power it has in our lives we can deeply appreciate our choice to keep choosing it and the absolute love it offers us and others.

  51. Yet another testimonial to the awesome work that practitioners of Universal Medicine are offering to the community.

    1. If only we realised that there is absolute perfection in imperfection then it would take away the striving and the agonising disappointment that we all feel when trying to achieve the unachievable.

  52. “All in all, I began to find the inner life and love I so longed for and began to live it in my outer life.” Beautiful and an honest and real sharing of the support and truth of the teachings of Serge Benhayon and the Universal Medicine modalities and all they offer.

  53. Our living essence or inner-most is holding us all the time! It becomes a self-enlightening journey of building a sold foundation so we are not rocked by what is happening around us. When we respond to everyone with the Love we are then well on the way of deepening and thus holding our essence.

  54. ‘…because I was feeling confronted and I did not want to go any further with going within and returning to what I already innately knew…’ Yes, it can be a challenge when truth is presented and depending on how ready we are to truly look at our choices will determine if we are ready to go there or not.

  55. Truth is always there to be connected to and when we do it makes a huge difference in how we feel in our own bodies.

    1. Agreed Michael and when we sway far away we often don’t want truth, but it is there for us all – when we are ready.

  56. When big things happen in our lives they blow the junk and rubbish away. We would be well advised to stop resisting these events and learn to welcome them with open arms.

  57. Yes even when things tick all the boxes of ‘an amazing, easy and fun loving life loving life’ on the surface, we can feel deep down that all is not well. It can become confusing when the whole of society keeps confirming that picture and dismisses our awareness, and so often it becomes our normal to play along with the game. It has even become normal for people to have loads of issues they are struggling with and still say they are quite fine. Although it may be confronting in the beginning, it is an enormous blessing and support to have people not pandering to such games and offer a true reflection because they are already living it. Serge Benhayon is a wonderful example.

  58. The biggest turning point in my life was when I stopped searching on the outside to fix or solve my problems or issues, and instead changed direction and went within – and there I found a wealth of unlimited wisdom on tap…. we are all truly rich when we are able to access the Ageless wisdom.

  59. A key part of life and love is feeling what we feel and what hurts, if we use modalities or practitioners to improve our mood, we’ll just go around in life repeating cycles.

  60. When we become aware that our life doesn’t work, we try alternatives, but what do we do when we have tried all alternatives that make sense to us? Then we are in limbo and either shut ourselves off as life is hopeless or stay open and see what happens.

  61. When we drop the ideals and beliefs of what will make us happy for a moment, there is often the dis-ease of not living in full connection of our innermost.

  62. Serge Benhayon simply lives and delivers to us the truth of what is going on with no pandering no excuses just our responsibility with ourselves our body and the understanding of the all we are part of with the deepest love and integrity.

  63. Like you, I went to see Serge for a fix, a fix to the issues at hand and yet what I discovered was far grander than this, it was the re-connection back to me and with that not a fix, but the start of truly living life again.

  64. The most important thing is to not dim down our light and play small out of reaction to society. To be all of us is medicine on the body because our body is not restricted to be less than who we are

  65. It is in our relationship with ourselves and the quality we bring to that that we set the foundation for our lives. It is so simple. And if we are willing it is this simplicity that disarms the struggle.

  66. “I saw Serge for a few sessions and was always met with a level of care and clarity and a level of integrity that I had never experienced before.” It is exactly this that makes Serge stand out from anyone that I have ever come across also. His consistency with how he meets people, regardless of where they have been in their life or what they have done is incidental. He always offers the same degree of true love, without question.

    1. Serge knows with every cell in his body that everybody is made from exactly the same consciousness as him. We are all the One United Consciousness of God and so that is how he addresses us and because he addresses us in this way we then have more of an opportunity to feel this for ourselves.

  67. While your life by the sea might sound ideal or even idyllic, it feels like it might have lacked purpose and direction; and while things still look good from the outside, the inner emptiness can become quite overwhelming and depressing even.

    1. Yes, it is quite illuminating to see many faces of locals during the markets – they live in one of the most beautiful areas in the world but the faces don’t show it.

  68. ‘I still struggle with the pressures placed on us by society about how we think life should be, or what we should be doing with it, and how we should be looking and what we should have.’ We underestimate what a power-full influence we allow these pressures to have on us, if we acknowledge them at all.

  69. I agree Richard that so often ‘we really seek relief rather than true healing in life’, as true healing takes a commitment and time, time which most of humanity have convinced themselves they don’t have enough of. We have become a fast-paced society, with fast healing becoming one of the demands. We may get the required relief very quickly but a true healing takes time; as much time as is needed.

  70. “Coming back to truth” can often be a very slow process, as there are usually many layers of life experiences getting in the way of hearing what we have been presented with. We live in a world where most want to be fixed now, and quickly, so they can get back to living how they have always been, so I find it inspiring how your healing process has unfolded when you were ready to take the next step. I too have come to understand that healing cannot be rushed, it is a process that will unfold in its own timing, with our support and commitment.

    1. It takes time and commitment to peel off the layers that we have put on and over our innate knowing of the truth and what life is really about.

  71. The joy of having sessions with Universal Medicine practitioners is that there are so many different modalities on offer and you know that each one will be delivered with the utmost integrity, there will always be something to suit your current needs.

  72. ‘Serge did not do any of this – he delivered truth that was not always comfortable to hear, but that I knew was true by the way I felt inside.’ This has been such a gift for me to learn I can handle anything, that there is so much more to me than just the human being because when Serge does deliver truth in this he communicates the love and the wisdom we are all from and are. There are harsh realities but nothing is beyond love.

  73. “At times, I felt disappointed because he [Serge Benhayon] did not pander to me or sympathise with my problems, but would respond in a simple and clear way with the truth of what he felt was going on, without ever trying to coerce me to accept what he said.” There is no greater form of love or healing than to reflect the truth and for oneself to discern was is true.

  74. It is a very rare privilege to be met by someone like Serge Benhayon who does not pander, has no vested interests or hidden agenda and just says it how it truthfully is; sometimes we might react, wanting sympathy or another’s investment in our state of being but neither serves and only adds insult to injury, as the saying goes. True healing begins when we learn to be honest and start taking responsibility for our choices in life.

    1. Well said…… “It is a very rare privilege to be met by someone like Serge Benhayon who does not pander, has no vested interests or hidden agenda and just says it how it truthfully is;”

    2. ‘True healing begins when we learn to be honest and start taking responsibility for our choices in life.’ Love this, Gabriele. The road to true healing may not always be a smooth one, but it is the only road that is going to get us out of the mess we have created and the only road that will rise up to meet us once the guidance of our inner compass is surrendered to and embraced.

  75. We will look at everything in life except our body and our heart. Yet despite all that they continues to do what they can to get us back in line. Miraculous.

    1. Absolutely, Joseph. And should this not be a great big red flag for us all, this looking ‘at everything in life except our body and our heart…’ as that which we most avoid is often that which most needs our attention.

    2. What you say Joseph is such a surprise, it is such bizarre behavior and yet it is so true;
“We will look at everything in life except our body and our heart. Yet despite all that they continue to do what they can to get us back in line.”

…And as you say this is so miraculous; what Love our heart and body holds us in even when we are constantly trying not to listen to the wisdom they offer us!

Like the author describes, after living in levels of disregard of what we know in our inner most, when we meet somone who simply lives and presents the truth it can be very confronting!

And yet we do feel and know truth when it is presented and it offers us a choice to keep going against our own grain or to jump in feet first and see what a life is like when we start really listening to the truth of our inner heart.

    3. The body is miraculous and when we bring love to it and we connect to the love we are, then miracles can occur.

  76. Being offered the opportunity to know truth, and saying yes to that opportunity is one of the greatest gifts we can be given. It may take some of us longer than others to fully embrace what is on offer, but once we are aware of what is available to us when we choose to fully open our eyes and our heart, the option of turning back to where we were before, for most is not really an option.

  77. ‘Despite this wake-up call, I continued to not commit to relationships, though I desperately longed for real intimacy.’ The most important relationship is the one we have with ourself, this really is key and I have currently been adding a beautifull meditation to my morning routine that supports me with this, that is, Your Essence Gentle Breath Meditation http://www.unimedliving.com/meditation/free/connecting-to-your-essence/your-essence-gentle-breath-meditation.html one that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a deeper connection and intimacy with themselves.

  78. I remember at one stage in my life living what I thought was the dream, only to find I was lost in a consciousness of checked-out-dom, using any means possible to not feel what was really going on. Looking back now, although I had some fun I shudder at the wasted years.

    1. When we live without purpose, consistency and commitment we do end up in a wasteland that can be downright depressing and destructive.

  79. “All in all, I began to find the inner life and love I so longed for and began to live it in my outer life.” This is beautiful and is in truth all we need to do, the rest of life will take care of itself if we allow it to unfold naturally.

  80. Thank-you Anon you have offered an opportunity to reflect back on my first impressions of Serge and the esoteric healing practitioners and modalities, at a time in my life when i too felt super overwhelmed & sorry for myself, I was again and again met by a solidness that simply reflected to me that i was a master of myself, that i held the key to my woes, that if i was to deepen and explore self love then I would no longer be the victim of circumstance but begin to appreciate who i naturally am and confirm a sense of the qualities that I bring – Universal medicine has shown me that i am the source of true self- worth.

    1. There is no power at all in victimhood and the sooner we move through the band of feeling sorry for ourselves, the better it is for us and our health, vitality and wellbeing.

    2. Couldn’t agree with you more, Lucinda, ‘…that if i was to deepen and explore self love then I would no longer be the victim of circumstance…’ I too have found these words to bring a truth to my being that has allowed me to rise out of victimhood and begin a renewed and magical relationship with myself based entirely on self-love.

  81. Connecting to ourselves our innermost and living this beautiful quality in the world changes everything and brings the joy, responsibility and love much needed in the world today.

  82. What is key here is the ability to ‘keep coming back’… coming back to your body, the relationship we have with ourselves… to Love. Then any adjustments or refinements we make to our life are easily and naturally made without the trying, the forcing or the pretending.

  83. Nobody can force us to do our next step nor determine how we take our next step, it always comes back to ourself to move or not to move and our willingness to be truthful or not where we then go.

  84. ‘All in all, I began to find the inner life and love I so longed for and began to live it in my outer life’ It is all there but we have to live it in the world. As we do this things change, they can’t help but do so as we introduce new vibrations and standards to live by. Appreciating that we are choosing this is important for it seals the foundation we have built for ourselves and allows us to continue to grow, creating new levels of quality for ourselves, more space in our lives and gradually in everything we do.

  85. I so agree with your point about when you met Serge Benhayon: “Regardless of my inner struggle, meeting a man with such a high level of integrity and care was a huge blessing, as it was something I had not experienced previously in my life.” I do not consider it an issue that you found the possibility of going deeper into what you innately knew too confronting and decided to not continue to see him. These moments that reflect to us the depth of what is possible are precious gifts that stay with us and when we feel a similar nudge, whether from within or form outside of us, we are more likely to go there and respond to that knowing within us.

    1. True Joseph, perhaps that’s why we try so hard to stay on the move so that we don’t feel the truth.

  86. When we don’t want to be aware of truth, there comes a point where we just ‘hit a brick wall’ and there is nowhere to go except to surrender to that which we have always known but skilfully avoided for so long.

  87. When we reconnect with the love inside of us, in our inner most, and bring that back into our daily way of living it’s a win not just for us but for all around us too.

  88. Back to the truth with Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon what a beautiful sharing and way to live your life” I began to find the inner life and love I so longed for and began to live it in my outer life.” with a simplicity honesty and realness we all know.

  89. To find the gem we are and live it in the world … now that’s a great way to express how we can be with the journey of life and something we are all capable of.

    1. very true Monica and is this not the exact opposite of how we have been living thus far? We have been looking for gems all around us getting more and more distracted from the gem we hold within.

  90. One of the most pivotal moments in my life was an esoteric medicine practitioner presented truth to me, undiluted. Initially, it shocked, hurt and I was disorientated, the platform I had built for myself collapsed. Yet in the collapse and with new awareness, I remained open and laid the seeds of my own resurrection. Without knowing where I was headed, I took it with both hands and never looked back.

  91. To come back to truth is to come back to the part of us that is whole and complete and does not need the outward search to know the everything it already is.

  92. Taking deep care for ourselves on most accounts has not been our primary focus, if anything we have been taught that it is self-indulgent and others are more important or what needs to be done is more important. Claiming we are worth this intimate love and care is definitely a step towards appreciating how magnificent we truly are and that our body and being are worth investing in.

  93. When we have these wake-up calls we have the opportunity to consider the quality of our choices.

  94. The perfection ideal is so harmful, I’ve lived it putting unimaginable pressure on myself, all for the agony of trying to achieve a picture (and an ever changing one), not realising the beauty of my essence within me and how it far is surpasses any pictures of how we are supposedly meant to be. The joy of connecting to that within myself and also in others leaves no room for the perfection tyrant. It wasn’t til I wrote this that I realised how much perfectionism has left my life as a result of the support of Universal Medicine – what an enormous appreciation to come to today.

  95. Anonymous, I love how your soul kept bringing you around full circle for you to heal and hear the message to come back to yourself in your own time.

    1. Julie thank you for reminding me that we all have our own time to do, realise, be everything. So much of my angst has been as a result of wanting other people to be somewhere other than where they’re at, which is not only incredibly imposing and arrogant but totally ridiculous as well. Stand back Alexis and just allow people to be where they are, knowing that where they are is, in fact, perfect for them.

  96. We are so multifaceted and when it comes to healing we may benefit from an approach that is all encompassing – medical and psychological support, and complementary to medicine therapies as provided by Universal Medicine. I personally have found that the more I sort out my mental and emotional state the better my physical health is, and I am more able to be present with myself and make supportive daily choices for my wellbeing. If I am in any kind of emotional or mental turmoil then I find I don’t eat, exercise or sleep well which has a big impact on my body.

  97. When we come to a point of being offered true healing, to get to the root cause of our problem we must appreciate that it is our choices which have brought us to that point – we have already said yes to healing on one level, we then just need to take the remaining steps to stay on that path.

    1. And in appreciating the impact of our own choices then there can be a true empowerment in that, to see the potential we have moving forwards.

  98. Despite what we may be led to believe, to commit more to life is never a chore but always a joy.

  99. It is good that we have services like a lifeline to call but do we ever question why it is so normal that these services have been established in the first place?

  100. The natural state of the body needs to be restored after which the intelligence of it can lead us to our true way to go. The Universal Medicine modalities to me are the first in the world that support in this restoration of this natural state we are here talking about.

  101. It is usually when we come to a point in our life that we cannot go on the way we are living, that’s when we are willing to be open to see any possibilities of change. When we grab these opportunities life changes.

  102. Truth can be confronting but because it is so deeply felt in our bodies it remains forever with us.

  103. “… I have had the chance to go deeper within to find the gem that I am and to live it in the world.” What a gift this is for you and for every one you meet Anonymous… an inspirational sharing.

  104. I love how there are so many people to support us with the Esoteric modalities and when one persons expression might be too direct for us there is another person right there to support us in a way we can relate to and is going at our pace. Yet the quality of care what is being delivered is the same.

  105. When we paint ourselves into a corner and sit on our chair and enjoy the view is this giving up or just comfort? What holds us in this space is the thought that the paint is still wet, an illusion we also create to keep us there. The first step is the hardest, but we are worth every step back to who we are.!

  106. I resisted going for session from an esoteric practitioner because I could feel all that was offered in doing so; however once I did, I wished I had much sooner.

    1. Often we deny our selves from the sessions as we know that we will be exposed in the way we are living and our choices, and we are in so much comfort that we don’t want to make healthy and true choices. We enjoy living the lie we are in.

  107. Being love is a very big decision in our life – it is very simple and we don’t control love and there is no identification as it is what it is. Alternatives to this approach can seem very attractive for a long time.

    1. True and we have invested heavily for a long time in not being Love so we have to drop our pride, turn around and walk back the way we came.

  108. Although truth can at times be very confronting, it is crucial that we learn to see it as an opportunity to be more of who we truly are and to hold ourselves in love and understanding of where we have been and never to judge or criticise ourselves for it.

  109. Nobody can force us to do the steps that are true to us. It comes back to our own willingness, our willingness to learn, let go and move on.

  110. When we meet truth we know it but not necessarily embrace it, but such a moment is any way the beginning of the return, may we like it or not. The rest is just a matter of time ( and the choice of more or less suffering).

    1. Yes we do know truth when we come across it even though we might resist it. Sometimes it seems easier to choose the suffering but once truth has been recognised it cannot be easily forgotten.

  111. When we are ready to truly connect to and live our purpose then anything is possible. When we have no purpose – we get comfortable and do not feel the tension of where we can go next.

    1. I would say that when we have no purpose, we feel a tension in that, because it’s not our natural way of being. There’s always a tension, because there is always more to us and of us – greater aspects of ourselves – that we could be living and expressing.

  112. There has to come a point where we hate so much what is not true that we are committed to change our choices. It will never happen from a well meaning intent if we have not felt the full extent of the rot.

  113. I’m aware in myself that I can hear a truth, know it as knowledge but cannot translate it into a living way. The unfolding has it’s own path and cannot be forced.

  114. Truth can be presented over and over again, but we don’t hear it until we’re ready to.

  115. I am sure if we look back at our life most of us would be able to pick out moments when we have been offered pointers or opportunities that if we had embraced could have brought amazing changes to our life, and yet we passed it by. Fortunately guilt is not necessary and our Soul, God and the Universe never judge. We will keep on getting such moments until we are ready to say yes.

    1. And that yes will be very joyful and then there will be a cleanout of the times we didn’t say yes, making saying yes easier and easier.

    2. “We will keep on getting such moments until we are ready to say yes”. Life is one constant opportunity and so imagine the potential expansion if we were to live a constant ‘yes’ to that opportunity.

  116. I love the way that Serge and other Universal Medicine Practitioners leave you to choose – they present you truth and from there it’s your choice what you do with it because in the end, the most important thing is connecting to your own truth.

    1. The ten commandments that all impose on you; ‘Thou shall not’ is just one religion’s form of control. The Way of the Livingness puts choices squarely in our hands!

  117. “This was beautiful for me to feel, as I had longed to be with others who also cared about these things.”
Through building a healthier relationship with myself, I have become steadily more settled and aware, this has altered the way I relate to others, how I listen and speak. In practising greater understanding and acceptance with myself, it turns out I have an innate ability to behold others, to feel deeply enriched by the discussions and sharings that I now see are fundamental to our sense of togetherness and purpose.

  118. Developing a loving relationship with ourselves is key. It feels so sad that very few of us ever had this taught at a young age, let alone living amongst older people who could have been role models. No blame, as they didn’t receive it either. However once we develop this for ourselves we can’t but shine as we go out into our communities. Time to return to love and truth.

  119. Most of us, when life becomes uncomfortable, our first instinct may be to try to limit the damage. That can tide us over until things become so bad that we either go completely into blame and bitterness or start looking for true answers.

  120. Coming back to truth a beautiful marker in ones life thanks to Serge Benhayon who offered this back to me again also .

  121. “Coming Back to Truth” – I came back to my truth that is also my love because of and with deepest thanks to Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine.

  122. It is remarkable that Serge Benhayon’s presentations of the Ageless Wisdom and everything offered through his business Universal Medicine there is not an ounce of I know better or telling anyone what they should think or what anyone is expected to do.
I am often moved by the deep honouring of the fact that we are all on a path of return to our Soulful expression, and that where we are on that path and the pace of our return is determined by our past and present choices. And also the greatest level of care and dedication put into offering as much support as possible, by sharing personal lived understanding and awareness, so that any and every one is able to also connect deeper to their own love and awareness as and when they wish to go there.

  123. Meeting someone who treats you with so much respect, care and love can be at first a little weird. I know I didn’t know how to digest what Seege Benhayon was presenting, yet my body and a voice inside of me was say ‘finally the truth and your home’.

  124. ‘I felt a deep sense of sadness that I was not living my full potential and that my relationships were not working.’ Many of us have felt this and once we start to become more aware and deepen our relationships with ourselves first, then with others, we can begin to heal the sadness.

  125. I hold very dear all of the Sacred Esoteric Healing modalities as with their ongoing support I continue to reconnect to the deeper aspect of myself which isn’t affect by the challenges of life. Realising this aspect of myself (my being) has provided me with such a solid foundation and internal strength I never used to have. In short I can relate to all you have shared here. Everyone deserves to experience this level of freedom from their bodies.

  126. It is so common for people to look for healing for someone to deal with their problems for them but this is not true healing – great that you have found this true healing offered consistently from esoteric practitioners.

  127. The search on the outside can be relentless and never-ending, seemingly going everywhere and trying everything but in truth circulating in the same spot. We know that the answer is within, within the cells of every part of the body yet we are forever on a mission to find the guru, teacher or enlightenment from the outside.

  128. ‘I feel I have had the chance to go deeper within to find the gem that I am and to live it in the world.’ Beautifully said anonymous – living our true selves in the world, what beautiful medicine!

  129. ‘Because she was so real and practical, I began to open up to her and began feeling safer expressing myself with others.’ I felt this too when I started having sessions of the esoteric modalities – I could let go and express exactly what was going on for me.

  130. When we finally begin to realise this ‘gem’ within we can unfold an understanding of who we are and how we arrived at this point where we can begin the process of embracing a life that is true love and thereby a life that is on the steady path of return.

  131. Esoteric Healing and the other esoteric modalities have never been about fixing one’s life or getting rid of a problem. Rather they are about supporting us to realise and understand how the issues happened in the first place and hence empowering us to make the needed changes. Often we are drawn to healing modalities because things are not going well – the real blessing that is offered with the Esoteric Healing is the self-empowerment and growth and true evolution!

  132. “I began to find the inner life and love I so longed for and began to live it in my outer life.” To come to this understanding of ourselves is such a great step towards our true healing, as it is only through this inner connection that we have with ourselves that our outer lives will change in ways we could never have imagined possible.

  133. True support comes without pandering or the need to fix the problem for the person. It is simply holding that person in absolute love and be open to listening without any judgement which allows them to come to their own realisations and healing.

  134. The fact that true support kept coming to you shows just how open you were and are to facing the issues.

  135. An important part of your beautiful sharing Anon is that we are not always open and ready for what is presented to us and that at this point in time the majority is looking for relief and pandering rather then true answers, one of the reasons that Universal Medicine is not (yet) discovered and embraced by the masses. When presented with the truth we will find that our woes are of our own doing and therefore we are the ones that need to undo them.

  136. I love the way you came to the understanding that it wasn’t about being fixed by any practitioner but about being supported to make the necessary changes in your life and visits to both conventional and complementary health practitioners that made the difference. Self-responsibility in healing is very empowering and powerful.

  137. The familiar way of thinking: there is a problem so we seek a solution (fix it) as the way to move forward. The esoteric way: instead of moving forward turn inwards, reconnect to the truth that was missing and hence led to the problem in the first place, restore and move onwards in and with the truth so that truth is the way and thus the outcome.

  138. When we look for anything on the outside of ourselves to ‘fix’ us it never works. We can be inspired by a reflection of another in how they live but it always has to come from within ourselves for true change and healing.

  139. “All in all, I began to find the inner life and love I so longed for and began to live it in my outer life.”

I love this line. It is the inner life that nourishes and enriches the outer life and never the other way around.

  140. As the saying goes ‘the truth can be a bitter pill to swallow’ but it is only bitter if we have invested in things that are not true and in the waking up to what we have in fact chosen, we can feel a little sour. However because of the consistency and love that pours through, the support on offer to deal with those uncomfortable moments is there and those moments are only moments after all. To hold back my evolution for fear of feeling that discomfort is not a consideration. Having begun to deepen my awareness has meant the beginning of living a much richer, more open life with increasing transparency commitment and purpose.

  141. ‘I also know it’s not about being perfect either – none of us are or will be.’ and from this comes the freedom to make choices and learn from the results, being guided by what we feel within.

  142. There is often a feeling of familiarity when we hear Serge Benhayon speak and that is because he is speaking a Truth our bodies know and understand.

    1. And this is simply because Truth is a living and breathing quality of the Soul that we all have access to but may not be living. When it is spoken from one who lives it, it reignites in us the will to do so also, or the will to resist it.

    2. So true Carmel, we all know truth so well because it resides in us all. How much we are willing to embrace and reflect truth depends on how much we are willing to live it.

  143. Coming back to truth should be easy? So why do we find it so hard to be more by doing less? Is it in our nature to complicate our lives to keep us in separation?

  144. “I was interested in crystals and energy, and read many spiritual new age books to try and find a deeper understanding of what was missing in my life.” All of which can be quite entertaining but really just keeps us moving decks chairs around the Titanic. Meeting Serge Benhayon is the beginning of us resuming responsibility for our current trajectory and then returning to the Wheel House to set a new course for our lives.

  145. Deep down it seems we know which answers are the ones offering a real change in outlook and relationship, and which ones just reshuffle things to create a temporary relief. The reason I know this is because of witnessing again and again in myself and others, the comical scenario of how people tend to bolt out of the gates when the real thing is presented, and this can go on until some thought, situation or event figuratively brings us to our knees.

  146. ‘Serge did not do any of this – he delivered truth that was not always comfortable to hear, but that I knew was true by the way I felt inside.’ Our bodies are capable of sensing everything and truth is easily recognised, but we often let our minds override what our bodies are saying so clearly.

  147. I love that the opportunity to get support came round again, it is like our souls just say “whenever you are ready I am here”. The soul would still be there if we waited another thousand or so years, but when you have remembered the feeling of connection, why would you carry on walking the other way?!

    1. It is amusing and very telling when we can with our mind decide something as described early on in this blog about not pursuing any esoteric healing, yet life brings the opportunity round again. I find this one the unchanging aspects of life that we can side step things, but if it is a life lesson or opportunity to deepen our connection to our Soul, it will back on our doorstep again and again until we got it.

  148. I still struggle with life and I am miles from being perfect but the Ancient Wisdom mades sense of everything that has never made sense before and all the answers are there… we just have to ask.

    1. beautiful Kev, we really do only need to ask, but we can only ask when we are ready to hear the answer. Serge presents many truths that are so simple and logical that you wonder how come I never thought of that myself… we are not always ready to see and know..but when we are, it will be right there before us presented from every angle.

  149. We can spend lifetimes looking for truth, having forgotten it is something we can never lose!

    1. Love this Steve, it’s like the answer, asking its own question and then going looking for itself. Sometimes all we need is a reflection.

  150. Truth and love as one are the true reference for healing, the absoluteness of our beingness. Every medicine that contributes to returning to that reference point can be considered as wholesome, everything else doesn´t. Thus know your marker first so that discernment and direction are well informed.

    1. And once equipped with this marker, we are fully informed and empowered to live in accordance with this absoluteness, a way of life we are all steadily returning to.

  151. I got to know many alternative healing modalities, learned some of them myself as a bodyworker, but as good as some of them may have worked, something always was missing. I could not say precisely what was missing but I recognized it without a doubt when I met the Universal Medicine Therapies – the reconnection to one´s innermost sense of being where we know who we are instantly and the realness and pragmatism on how to live life with self-responsibility and self-empowerment, the world of energy and tangible everyday life as one.

  152. It is when ‘I began to find the inner life’ that life truly began, that´s the esoteric way of living.

  153. I love the way that the Esoteric Healing Therapies do not fix anything but help us to let go of the tensions we ourselves have created in our bodies and to take energetic responsibility for our own future.

    1. Yes I love that as well – there is no fixing and no relief. It is an opportunity to see how powerful we are in letting go of the tension and also…recreating it if we so choose.

    2. I love it too Carmel and this is what I call true healing because it empowers us to take full responsibility for our healing.

  154. It can be really difficult, uncomfortable and challenging when we are willing to see the choices we have made that do not serve ourselves and humanity. To let ourselves feel the devastation of this and claim it for what it is, is a huge blessing and healing. What is also on offer is the learning from it and to be aware of what that was and not to choose it again.

    1. The longest journey always starts with the first step; whether it be walking away from ourselves, or returning, it is still our choice the direction we take!

  155. Sometimes we can have everything and yet feel we have nothing and yet in having nothing we can find everything.

  156. Coming back to truth is like getting out of bed in the middle of a cold night for whatever reason, and upon returning to the warm spot you left, it envelops you in the warmth you left, like a glove!

  157. “Regardless of my inner struggle, meeting a man with such a high level of integrity and care was a huge blessing, as it was something I had not experienced previously in my life.” This in itself is a huge healing, to meet someone who deeply cherishes their integrity and shows us that it is possible to hold strong to our inner values in a world that seems to have lost sight of its purpose, dignity and sobriety.

  158. What you share about feeling lonely in what appeared to be a social and fun lifestyle is a very valid and I suspect much needed conversation topic. Thank you for initiating the conversation here….

  159. “At times, I felt disappointed because he did not pander to me or sympathise with my problems…” We have the keys and only we can unlock the chains.

  160. “I called the lady, and decided to go and see her, as I knew I needed support.” – I have enormous respect for anyone who follows what they are feeling. So many of us feel the pain/tension of our lives, but choose to ignore it. Ultimately that pain/tension gets too much….thus so much wiser to address it before our bodies are riddled with illnesses.

    1. Yes it takes courage to open up to another and to be prepared to ask for support and as you say, much wiser to do it when we feel the tension rather than wait for the complication of an illness to make us need the help.

  161. Finding the gem that we are and living with it at the heart of everything we do out and about in the world, is what makes sense and purpose of my life and why I get out of bed.

  162. ‘Coming back to Truth’ is a whole new way of living for many of us, for example, I have lived my whole life with ‘Right’ and ‘Wrong’ as taught by the Catholic Faith. I was not brought up to feel truth in my body, only to respond and change according to approval from parents, teachers, and anyone who I felt knew better than me. It feels very different to go, ‘What do I feel about this?’ ‘What do I want’ It is very different from the teaching ‘I want doesn’t get’ that I was brought up with.

  163. ‘…I felt disappointed because he did not pander to me or sympathise with my problems,’ this stands out the first time I had a session with an esoteric practitioner. There was acceptance, understanding, compassion and a gentle exposing of what was not true and support to see for myself all that what was true.

  164. Just shows, we can have all the medical help and knowledge we want yet if we are not truly met for who we truly are it can mean very little.
When someone meets you for the divinity and awesomeness you are we are offered another platform – one that can truly evolve us.

  165. When we are letting our amazingness out there are no holes to allow anything in that can cause issues.

  166. We need to get to that point and be honest that there will always be something missing in our lives until we return to love and Serge has tirelessly shown us how it is done.

  167. It is not always easy to face the illusion we have lived in but when we do we come to know we can heal our hurts, we can start to live the truth we’ve felt within. I love the part where you say how Serge never tried to coerce you to accept what he said. When we are not invested in others getting it, they will come to the truth in their own time. You would have never come back to Universal Medicine Therapies if you’ve felt any pressure from Serge in these first sessions you had with him.

  168. “I have found another way of living life from the fullness and potential of who I am” this is something that so many people could be supported by, to start to live life in full by building that trust and knowing in what we feel and then living that. To listen to that niggling feeling inside rather than discount it.

  169. It’s simply a matter of time before we all return to truth. We can hang out as long as we like in No Man’s Land, doing this and doing that but eventually every single one of, bar none, will return to the absolute certainty of truth. And I say Amen to that!

  170. ‘Serge did not do any of this – he delivered truth that was not always comfortable to hear, but that I knew was true by the way I felt inside.’ living by truth we cannot but express it in everything we do and this reflection Serge offers us all – truly inspiring.

  171. Living proof that it is not knowledge, protocols or medication that heals us. It is meeting a depth of integrity that lovingly allows us the space to realise who we really are and finally make friends with our wise, tender and precious qualities again.

  172. Having had some sessions with Serge Benhayon I have always experienced the highest levels of professionalism and integrity. He makes no promises of cures and does not sell anything even relief. He never joins in with me feeling sorry for myself but always supports me to see things with more clarity and to understand how I can live more of me and in that heal whatever issue has arisen.

    1. Yes. I too have had sessions with Serge Benhayon and one of the biggest differences between him and other practitioners I have seen in my life is that Serge empowers me and places the responsibility entirely at my own door. I leave with the tools to make the changes – whether I do or not is then my choice. Whereas with all other practitioners there is a hook, a catch, a pull to need to go back for more that means I am left feeling incomplete or needy of the next hit. Now, that isn’t to say that I don’t return to Serge often – I do, but that is to deepen and expand my awareness. Truth be told – what Serge delivers in one sixty minute session is enough for a whole lifetime of evolution – if we make the moves…..

  173. I love how each way you turned it seemed there was a Universal Medicine practitioner or modality there to support you – very symbolic of the holding quality received in sessions.

  174. When truth is exposed, it can be confronting and uncomfortable but once we let go of the resistance and embrace inspiration, what was offered can be a pivotal moment for change and something to deeply appreciate because we said yes to step up and evolve.

    1. When we ask a question and truth is presented, the choice to evolve, or retreat to our cave are our options.

  175. I’m not sure how I would live with truth so simply without having the Esoteric Modalities in my life. I attend regular sessions monthly and have had many moment upon moments of glory with one modality in particular that supports me tremendously: Chakra-puncture.

  176. What’s beautiful is that you’ve shared what ‘truth’ means to you, as in what quality of life and feeling in yourself you know to be ‘you’. We all have differing relationships to who we are and what content feels like, and we absolutely deserve to give ourselves the space to explore and find this for ourselves.

  177. ‘I began to attend the monthly presentations held by Universal Medicine which were a great opportunity to get to meet other people who were also interested in health, wellbeing and true healing.’ I also find the monthly presentations a lovely opportunity to connect with like-minded people, we support and inspire each other.

  178. Wow reading this Anonymous I feel as if I’ve gone through a refreshing car wash .. I love the rinsing effect of what you share and the shine that has been occurring for you afterwards as a result. Very inspiring to read.

  179. Truth can be a funny thing! When you were small and did something wrong and to avoid punishment… you lied! It takes years of practice to not get your hand caught in the cookie jar and lie with authority. This is a game we have learned how to play. Is it expected to lie as a first response! So, messing up something and telling the truth stops the game from progressing.
There was an incident years ago when a plane came in for a landing in San Francisco, where the runway end starts in the bay, that landed perfectly short of the runway, in the bay! No one was hurt. The machine of investigating an aircraft accident, that takes months of investigation took place and the with all of the findings the hearing began. The first witness was the pilot, his first question was what he thought was the cause of the accident, his response ended the hearing, he said ‘I messed up’!

  180. No matter how much we have or how fun and idealistic our live seem to be there will always feel like something is missing if we don’t connect to who we really are. We can try and fill this gap with material things or this conquest or that, but the relief is always just temporary.

    1. And once we have tasted ourselves, then nothing will match the joy of that settlement. Yes we can try alternatives, yes I have and do try alternatives…but nothing matches it.

  181. When truth is delivered with love, as only true truth can be, it resonates within our body which is how we recognise it, Even though it may be hard to hear we stand a far greater chance of not rejecting it because of the love it is delivered by.

    1. Absolutely Rosanna. The other day someone was delivering a truth to me but it was certainly done in judgment. Whilst I absolutely could feel the truth of the pull-up, the way it was delivered left an unsettled feeling. In that unsettlement, I had a choice – to accept the offering and read the situation or go into defence. Fortunately, I chose the former but when someone delivers truth in love it leaves the receiver feeling open and ready for more, as equal and held – no internal adjustments necessary.

  182. What powerful shifts we can make within our selves when we are met by true Love that beholds us as nothing less than amazing and tenderly re-educates us on how to re-connect to this inherent quality and express in full in our lives once more.

  183. How many other people in the world feel this ‘I felt there was something amiss in my life’ .. but we just do not open up and talk to each other about it. There is a saying ‘that silence is a killer’ and it is. if we are unable to express what we are feeling the detriment it has on our wellbeing is massive.

  184. It seems natural to assume that most of us would be interested in truth and love yet that is not my experience – many people only seem to seek truth and love when life becomes unbearable and others seem to prefer even that to finding out who they truly are.

    1. It doesn’t make sense, does it and it so exposes the fact that we would rather defend to the hilt what we have invested rather in than admit the truth – that sense of discomfort when we know we have not been true seems too much for many, if not most, to handle.

  185. It is incredible how prevalent it is putting loads of pressure on ourself to fit some picture or another of what life should look like, even when every cell in our body is yelling stop, until our body puts on the brakes by illness, disease or injury. But the crazy thing is that even then many of us don’t stop, looking for clever ways of coping and ignoring the messages. The term proudly used is ‘beating’ the adversity – i.e. Successfully silencing the message asking us to be more accepting, appreciating and loving of ourself.

  186. Only when we are coming back to truth we fully realize the extent of illusion and or lie we have lived. In the lie we are blind and ignorant, back to truth we see the full picture and learn the humble lessons to let go of the arrogance that made us step away from it in the first place.

    1. So true. The conviction and assuredness with which we can lie is, frankly, pretty scary; the depths of our blindness. Super humbling when you get to see it.

  187. ‘I was living an apparently idyllic lifestyle, with close friends, many hours spent walking on the beach, going surfing and being creative.’ sometimes there is more emptiness in what should give us everything we want than in the difficulties of not having anything.

    1. Are both just the extremes of the bell curve of life? With one end, having everything money can buy and the other end with only a bucket of wants! Life is never about needs and wants, just what is required when needed is freeing.

  188. ‘I felt a deep sense of sadness that I was not living my full potential and that my relationships were not working.’ I used to be very angry and when I let go of the anger I could feel the underlying sadness in my life, not knowing its true cause. My disconnection from my inner self has been the cause and my inability to let people in has messed up my relationships.

    1. We often try to ‘fix our issues or right our wrongs’ with exactly the same energy that created our issues and our ‘supposed wrongs’ in the first place, which is as effective as hitting a nail with a paper hammer.

  189. “All in all, I began to find the inner life and love I so longed for and began to live it in my outer life.” that is something that I think everyone across the world is seeking. To hear your experience shows that there is indeed a way, a true way forward and not one with an effort just commitment.

  190. How many of these healing practices these days do totally pander to you and not show you where the true responsibility lies, which is the total opposite to the Universal Medicine modalities which show us we are where we are at due to all our different choices.

  191. And avoiding truth is causing much tension and dis-ease in our body which means we will ultimately have to heal and clear. As much as we try to avoid truth it is always calling us to return and one day we will learn that the fight is just a delay and we will eventually have to return whether we like it or not.

    1. Our delay can be lifetimes! The time for the tipping point is now more available for everyone to heal and clear, that is just a choice away.

  192. True healing can only come from us, as in no one can fix us and if we seek to be fixed, then we could be searching for a very long time and can end up feeling exhausted and potentially feel worse than when we first started. Seeking support is great but the healing process has to come from our willingness to heal and our willingness to take responsibility for this process.

  193. In returning to love I’m seeing and experiencing a lot of my choices that have been very unloving. It’s not a journey I would say is pleasant at the moment but I know there is so much love that supports me to tread this path of return that whatever happens it’s going to be ok – which can even include being physically very unwell. What I’m realising is that all that I choose and still sometimes choose that isn’t love, will never, ever be it – whatever the pictures promise of a fulfilled amazing life. I so appreciate no longer being fooled by empty promises and choosing to return to love because that is where the true beauty of life resides.

  194. Serge Benhayon never panders or sympathises to anyone. Instead he always simply and lovingly presents the truth as he sees it, leaving it to the individual to discern for themselves whether it is true or not having absolutely no investment as to what they choose. This constant consistency to always to speak his truth without judgment is a corner stone to why he is trusted by so many.

  195. Living proof that what fixes our issues is Truth coupled with Responsibility and a good dose of Love. The Truth is delivered by Serge Benhayon, but the Responsibility and Love has to be supplied by us.

  196. It’s not always an easy to path to tread in returning to truth as a lot can come up on the way however nothing could be more worthwhile and there is support at every turn when we let go and are open to it.

  197. Wonderful how in life there are always loads of pointers guiding us towards Truth. We can choose to ignore it, but the same messages will keep coming round perhaps in a different form. It is presented again and again until we remember and return to the magnificence that is actually our essence. This being the nature and depth of the Love we are held in.

    1. Brilliant analogy Alexis, we are certainly constantly pulled to truth but it is our resistance to it that causes us much tension and dis-ease.

  198. Pandering to someone doesn’t work, it is only when we offer the reflection of truth that we give another the opportunity to truly heal.

  199. Truth is like a river; it may be dammed, contained, redirected and forced to go against its natural flow. But both have time on its side.

  200. “I was so used to looking for relief from my troubles, not taking responsibility for where I had ended up in my life, and I wanted someone to prop me up with what I wanted to hear to please me and appease my emptiness inside.” Serge Benhayon’s entire approach to healing and life steadily and resolutely dismantles our culture of irresponsibility, in its place restoring a culture of immense integrity, commitment and truth. Although at times it can be very confronting having this culture so commandingly challenged, deep inside us we know we have met the Truth. After that it is just a matter of how much we are willing to clear up our own mess with the immense amount of tools that Serge continuously provides.

    1. When we behave responsibly – even in a part of our life – we are going very much against the grain of society at the moment even though that is a much more enjoyable and often simple way to live.

  201. What I get from your blog is how you’ve been inspired to live your life for you, as who you truly are, having started to let go of the pressures we place upon ourselves. When we start to live like this, life opens up and we have more space for our true purpose in life, maximising what we can bring for the benefit of everyone, not just ourselves.

  202. I was introduced to The New Age therapies by a friend many years ago and I tried all sorts of different things, but still felt empty, fat and miserable. It was not until I met Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine that I truly understood that the way we live is our medicine, that how I am in all my relationships, how I express, and even how I think, is what affects my health more than anything.

  203. I love hearing the stories of how people meet Serge Benhayon and it shows the power of his magnetic pull that those who can benefit from the work can find it

  204. We are forever being pulled towards love and truth from the deepest level of our core. The Universe is also set up to support us in every way. But we always have the choice to go against it all, settle for much less and then blame outward for our predicament when it starts to hurt – a pattern most of us have chosen for eons.

  205. Many of us know that there is something wrong with the way we live and then seek for answers outside themselves or answers where they are asked to ‘improve’ or control themselves. Finding out that the answer is that you already all that you are and only need to discard that which you are not seems too simple.

  206. ‘It looked like an easy fun-loving life on the surface, though I felt there was something amiss in my life.’ When we teach kids to express about what they do and not what they feel, over time, we are providing a platform that is devoid of any connection or awareness of those feelings – so much so that they have problems making sense of their inner emotions (reactions to feelings) that they simply don’t comprehend. This lack of comprehension only serves to deepen the frustration and sadness over the layer emptiness in having lost that natural inner connection in the first place.

  207. The truth is not always comfortable to hear, it is a reflection of the choices we have been making but we know it and it is what we all will return to.

      1. I find that truth and honesty are very linked… My understanding is that truth is always there, expressed or not, always remains unalterable, as a pulse, inviting us to surrender to what is there for us to understand. We always feel the truth. When we choose to re-connect to it, by honestly recognising where we truly are at, then truth can be revealed through us, but we need to connect to it firstly, to then be honest and take it to the situation that is there to be healed.

  208. Like many of us I’ll never forget the first session I ever had with Serge, I had only ever had two healing sessions before him and they were really out there, new aged hippy ones that felt to me like a lot of nonsense but Serge blew me away with his stillness and no pandering way, delivering exactly what I needed at that time.

  209. It is the simple, clear and unimposing reflection of truth that gives space for one´s own realizations and healing, self-responsibility and empowerment, nothing more, nothing less, all that it needs.

  210. Well said. Just adding that ‘offering the reflection of truth’ is always for the all and never only for a few although it may be only a few who are seeking and hence embracing it at the time, but the reflection will be registered by everyone equally and stored like a seed until they are ready to connect to it choose to let it grow.

  211. We spend so much time attempting to plan and negotiate the future. Yet what we don’t compute is the extent to which we are held and planned for. It’s way beyond what our mind can know. If only we would stop trying to control and instead surrendered to God’s Love we would appreciate how we are not punished by the divine, but helped to clear.

    1. Is it the get out of jail free card that we all have, that is dog-eared from overuse called free will that keeps us from the truth?

    2. More like us ‘being-human’ (stubborn, arrogant…etc) – rather than the ‘human-being’ – (naturally connected, surrendered, at ease) that is the part of us that makes us waiver, avoid and discount truth.

  212. It’s amazing how life will present the support, messengers and opportunities we need to help us. In truth they are set up for us for this very purpose.

  213. “and decided I would re-commit to my own healing” – it is amazing the miracles that can occur when we do this. You rediscovered the gem that you truly are and have started to live that. What a miracle is that!

  214. It is one of those crazy things that many of us get disappointed as you did, or even outright outraged when we do not get the pandering or the sympathising with our issues. We seem to want people to jump in the pit with us and see that as a sign of them caring. However in reality that is one of the most disempowering responses we can offer one another, and instead deeply loving, honouring and truly supportive to be a reminder and reflection of the depth of observation, understanding and wisdom available to us if we but choose it.

    1. Yes, offering others a choice, one they can make themselves, is far more empowering.

  215. Truth is quite unique in that no matter how many times you mess up, it’ll always be there with open arms to support.

  216. “…developing a loving relationship with myself and life, I have found another way of living life…” and this way of living becomes richer and richer as self-love and awareness consistently develops.

  217. It’s about acceptance, of ourselves and others, without any perfection, but a willingness to see and accept more and understand those points where we may ‘struggle’ with accepting as being part of the journey to greater understanding, acceptance and observation.

  218. Beautiful honest and a real learning of true love, integrity and healing from within; when we are ready it is all there and simply our choice to connect to our stillness and fullness within.

  219. Coming back to the truth of who we are is coming back to reconnecting and living from our inner hearts.

  220. The ‘fix me’ mentality as a client or the ‘I fix you’ mentality of the practitioner is something you will not find with Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine. In the beginning that may be kind of disappointing as certain needs are not fed as demanded, but then you realize the grace, love and empowerment based on an unshakable respect for your free will that you in truth have always been looking for and how much just that is a crucial part of any healing process.

    1. It is a complete game changer Alex, I agree. The depth of respect and compassion offered to us by Serge Benhayon in a session is immense and the complete lack of attempting to fix anything is very striking. Hence we are invited to observe our selves as he does, to see behind the dramas and excuses right to the core of our amazing love and from there, begin to resurrect a true way of life that needs no fixing, just absolute commitment and complete self responsibility.

  221. Truth never panders, but the love it is delivered in, does hold another to feel for themselves what they have allowed and can enable them to come to their own understanding in time.

  222. I thought I was living a great life but always knew somewhere inside there was something missing and it wasn’t going to be found in the material world or any of the religions or new age stuff I had come across. Universal Medicine shows us the way so we can feel that there is nothing missing, it is all there we just need to connect to it.

    1. I knew something was missing too and I thought I would feel this way for the rest of my life. Then I found Universal Medicine and all that changed. I now thank my lucky stars as I have found what I was missing… and that was myself.

  223. It is interesting to read that even when we have found the truth, that life at first is to dedicate to healing, we at times still wonder away because of our deep investment in the life we have carved out for ourselves and perhaps feel comfortable in.

    1. It’s a constant choice to choose to truth, to dedicate to heal, to return to who we are… we are so used to looking outside of ourselves for answers rather than directing our focus within.

      1. And that outwardly searching is simply to distract us from our responsibility in life and that is for us all to return to live the love that we all innately know so well but have chosen to not live in our pursuit in having this experiment of living in this self created human body.

  224. When we choose life to be for healing we are on our way back to Soul. That way of living we all long for but because of our choice to stay in the creation of life instead of letting life show us the way back, we have lost this innate connection that once was our natural way of being.

      1. We choose a life of getting hurt over a life of healing because of the confirmation and recognition that it brings to the human spirit that loves to hang out in this life of creation. Confirmation and recognition, the false surrogates of the true love we are and miss to the core of our being, the conection with our Soul.

  225. Life is about getting our hands dirty (in a good way of course)…and about being real and practical whilst at the same time not hesitating to live the amazingness that we are on the inside.

  226. Very true none of us in the world are or will ever be perfect. Life is not about being perfect but what I am feeling more and more it is about being true to ourselves, valuing, respecting, loving, caring and appreciating not only ourselves but all others as well. Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine have greatly supported me as well in starting to return to and feel true well-being. The Sacred Esoteric Healing modalities are just that; deeply healing in truly restoring the body and being. Lovely to hear how so much has changed for you.

    1. We retard our evolution and those around us when we hide behind walls we have built that keep us in separation!

  227. Love the title of this blog. In the end we will all come back to Truth, it is inevitable however much we try to fight, the river of life always takes us that way.

    1. We may believe the river of life takes us away from the truth, but it is like our shadow and can never be lost, just ignored.

    2. I like you mention the river of life and the image that came to me is the salmon that goes against the flow of the river to breed in the shallow waters at its spring. That image tells me that although there is the current in the river of life we have to follow our intuition or better said the impulses of the inner heart, that know our destiny and place where to go and that this is not always to follow the commonly accepted current of life.

  228. I was listening to a song the other day and it said that ‘life was about learning, no need to perfect it’ and I loved it and reading your blog today reminds me of it. When we let go of needing to be perfect and see it about learning, we take ourselves off the proverbial hook and allow us to experience much more.

  229. Serge Benhayon never ceases to amaze me with how he holds every single person he meets and knows with an unequivocal quality of integrity and respect. There is not a trace of arrogance within this humble and super-wise man reflecting to humanity what is possible for all..
“Regardless of my inner struggle, meeting a man with such a high level of integrity and care was a huge blessing, as it was something I had not experienced previously in my life”.

  230. I can’t wait for the day when humanity does not consider the Ageless Wisdom presented by Serge Benhayon not as something unique to Serge Benhayon or Universal Medicine and once more recognised it as the invaluable support to understanding life and returning to living our true essence in full expression. And the same for the esoteric modalities which yes have come through Serge Benhayon, but in fact as he has always maintained, do not belong to him or anyone, but are for the benefit of the whole of humanity.

  231. We may meet truth and love, we may recognise it for what it is, we may even get a sense of some of its benefits and healing capacity, but only when we are willing to embrace it will we be in the full realization and experience of it, leading to a transformation back to who we are, the truth and love forever residing within that never got lost, we just stepped away from it and can come back to at any time.

  232. Although rather confronting, coming back to truth after living in a veil of lies is a breath of fresh air. The confronting part is that I was so willing to live the lies even though deep down I knew that the way I was living life did not feel right. To have someone like Serge reflect what is true, with such a level of high standard gives a marker within myself of what can be truly lived.

  233. I can so relate to your desire/expectation that Serge would ‘fix’ you. Until we are prepared to put in the work, make the commitment and change the way we are moving and the choices that we are making then we cannot be fixed. For it is us and us alone that change our paths. Tools can be demonstrated, inspiration shown, advice bestowed and support given – but it is us that has to make the moves.

  234. “I was living an apparently idyllic lifestyle, with close friends, many hours spent walking on the beach, going surfing and being creative.” Sounds like the perfect life doesn’t it?! But if we are honest, then the tension is undeniable – it starts off as an itch that won’t go away, a sense that there is more, that this isn’t it – and then the deeper we explore the more is revealed of the lies that we are living. It takes commitment to be prepared to unearth those lies and I am unquantifiably grateful to Universal Medicine for the galactic supportive and unbreakable patience they have blessed me with along this way.

  235. It is interesting how we deny the greatest love that comes towards us, as we are not ready yet to accept this love for ourself.

  236. ‘I have found another way of living life from the fullness and potential of who I am, with health and vitality and purpose’ This is definitely a life changing choice when we stop listening to everyone else and start to follow the inner wisdom of our own bodies.

  237. Our outlook on life has an enormous impact on our mental health and often physical health too. The relationships we have to ourselves, our work, other people in our lives etc affects how we choose to eat, sleep, look after ourselves and hence the state of our body/overall health

  238. Despite the twists and turns that we may take on the way we are always held in love on our journey back to truth.

  239. Those picture perfect ideals are what sends us on a goose chase and perpetuate the dis-connections from our innate essence. How powerful are we when we say no to these pictures and yes to the magnificence that we are.

    1. Beautifully expressed Michael.Truth is always around us, we have to shut ourselves off from it constantly. The moment we don´t it is immediately on offer.

  240. With all the lies spouted in the media and by politicians it is such a breath of fresh air to come across someone that is actually coming from truth and that is where we are all heading once we learn that most of us are living so far from it.

  241. There is so much loving support offered to us by Serge and the Practitioners of Universal Medicine when we are ready to take responsibility for our choices and allow ourselves to heal by connecting to our inner love and live the life we have longed for.

  242. “… meeting a man with such a high level of integrity and care was a huge blessing”. Agreed. Serge Benhayon brings an unparalleled degree of integrity that makes us feel met, held, understood and respected within a very short time. Couple this with the immense insight he has into the rhyme and reason for our woes and we have before us the most incredible healing opportunity we can ever wish for. All we need to do is willingly resume our responsibility to bring honest and real change to our lives.

    1. Not pandering is offering us a far higher level of love and respect than we offer ourselves.

    1. What exactly is a true love story? A constant Yes to evolution with yourself. No excitement, entertainment but deepening to the core of our being. The most spectacular but still love story you can ever have and follow.

  243. Funny how we can tick all the boxes on the outside and have what seems to be the idyllic life – living by the beach, having a care-free lifestyle etc etc, and yet if the love we hold for ourselves deep within is not our foundation then no matter what life’s set up is around us, we will feel empty and unfulfilled and keep seeking something on the outside to fill this up. The day we realise that this fullfillment cannot come from the outside and that it must come from the inside and being built up consistently, this is a day that holds the potential for us to change things in a beautiful way should we choose to embrace the inner life and bring it out.

    1. Living in an idyllic world that ticks all of the boxes without a connection to our selves is a fragile house of cards that can quickly disappear!

    2. The illusion of ‘having it all’ keeps so many of us trapped in a constant cycle of striving until we are willing to step off the hamster wheel of creation and respond to the prompting of our Soul.

  244. Hello Anon – and thank you for your gorgeous sharing of how your life has turned around and how you feel so much more full on the inside!

  245. ‘All in all, I began to find the inner life and love I so longed for and began to live it in my outer life.’ this is such an empowering place to get to and to make the basis for how we live our lives. The beginning of a divine journey.

    1. Exactly, fully empowering place to be and live from. No waiting for a saviour past or present but the kingdom within. The searching is over, so ironic when we travel so far in search of what was right in front of us – maybe that is why many struggle with the simplicity as it makes us feel stupid…. humbleness is required in our return.

    1. Yes it is very simple isn’t it and something we are ALL capable off – in fact it is inevitable, just a question of how long it takes and how much we want to suffer (or not) on the way.

  246. “I feel I have had the chance to go deeper within to find the gem that I am and to live it in the world.” This is so huge and so not-the-reality for most of humanity; what Universal Medicine offers us is utterly priceless.

  247. The ‘please fix me’ attitude we take to any practitioner instantly sets us up for disappointment if we don’t feel ‘better’ the moment we get off the table, especially if that feeling of ‘better’ doesn’t last. It is as if, in this fast-paced existence so many live in, there is no patience left to realise that to heal a long-standing health issue often takes time. And it is not just about someone healing us, it is first and foremost about our responsibility for our health and the way we are living and then working with a practitioner and any other medical professional who will be able to support us along the way.

  248. What a beautiful testimony that there is the right moment and the perfect timing and flow in ones life. You can never force yourself or someone, it must come from you and your body seeking truth or substantial change.

  249. A really real sharing that highlights we have to say yes in our bodies to accept and understand the magnitude of what can be presented to us. Sometimes an illness is our bodies way of saying yes. The modalities offered by Serge Benhayon are consistently there to support us all in a way that is deeply life-changing.

  250. ‘I have found another way of living life from the fullness and potential of who I am, with health and vitality and purpose.’ This is a remarkable turn around and the recipe for this success is well worth learning and applying. We all need a good measure of it.

  251. ‘I feel I have had the chance to go deeper within to find the gem that I am and to live it in the world.’ We are constantly uncovering deeper and deeper levels of knowing who we are, all it needs is the willingness to go there.

  252. When we are open to the depth of love that is on offer for all of us, there is no end to the support that is available, no matter where we are at in our lives.

    1. That´s true, we are held in heavenly arms, we only need to allow ourselves be embraced by it .

  253. The steady reflection of Serge Benhayon supports us in so many ways to come back to the truth of who we truly are.

  254. I have experienced similar where walking down the road of self-destruction has its limit, and once I saw that it was never going to get better, took a left turn on to the avenue of Truth.

    1. Yes.. once we realise that our self-destructive habits – however much we justify them as ‘the way I am or have always been’, or because we ‘need to’ because of home, work etc – are taking their toll on our bodies and our life, there is no other choice but to look within, by connecting to what we’re actually feeling – instead of attempting to bury, dismiss and override it. The key is to start to listen to our bodies before they have to get our attention in ever-more drastic ways.

  255. “All in all, I began to find the inner life and love I so longed for and began to live it in my outer life.” We can choose to deny we have this inner connection as long as we want to, but once tasted it cannot be denied it exists as much as we can try to do to avoid that knowing. By bringing what is within us out, we can then start to make life changing choices and it is truly mircaulous as to what is then possible.

  256. It is so beautiful to recognise and feel how, once we honestly say ‘yes’ to truth, that constellations start happening to support, to buoy and to enable one to unfold, return and deepen their relationship with Love.

  257. What strikes me is how we are in the movement – going around and around – then always coming back to being presented with truth… It may cross our path one, two, three maybe fifty times yet it is always us who has to make the step and say ‘yes’ – A ‘yes’ to return back to Love / Truth / Soul.

  258. “I have found another way of living life from the fullness and potential of who I am, with health and vitality and purpose.” Is it not exactly how most of us want to live? I found it wonderful and honest that you share how you find your way to live it to the best of your ability. Now more can follow if they want to.

  259. As long as we keep wanting to be ‘fixed’ we will never truly healing anything, we only receive relief. To truly heal and resolve our hurts we have to be willing to take responsibility of our own healing, though that does not mean we have to do it alone.

  260. Yes interesting this that we can see an absolutely amazing practitioner who can offer wonderful support but until we are ready to heal then it won’t happen.

  261. Life can be a funny thing, it can bring to us lessons from all around and nothing is ever a coincidence.

  262. From my experience a lot of conventional and alternative and complementary medicine is based on offering relief or respite from symptoms which is obviously a welcome step but does not get to the cause of the problem and so does not fully heal the condition longer term.

  263. “All in all, I began to find the inner life and love I so longed for and began to live it in my outer life.” The real nugget of all Universal Medicine offers us, the ability to re-discover the depth of our own love within us pure and innocent, untarnished by the traumas we have experienced and then to graciously express it in the world.

  264. It is interesting to ponder how when we are seeking truth outside of our own inner hearts we only move further way from living the truth of who we are.

    1. Seeking more from outside of ourselves is like the bliss factor that gives the more is never enough craving once we start down that road

  265. It shows how coming back to truth is identical with coming back to our true self and never can one be separated from the other.

  266. Your blog clearly highlights the healing power of truth expressed with love and Livingness. It is a truth that comes with completely not judgement and hence understanding of where one is at in their life yet does not hold itself back from revealing the truth in any way shape and form. It is this level of authority of love that is sorely needed in modern medicine and life in general today.

  267. When we crave or miss something one of our coping mechanisms is to walk completely the other way. A simple example would be feeling exhausted and like we need an early night, but then staying up to work, watch tv or even go out. As you’ve shared this can be the same with relationships, where we miss connection and then isolate ourselves rather than build relationships with people.

  268. It is incredible how we can tick all the boxes e.g. having an “easy fun-loving life on the surface”, yet deep down we always know if we are faking it. The thing is most of the time we think it is just us among a whole crowd that are doing just fine. Yet what if pretty much everyone else was also pretending? Blogs and conversations such as these are so useful in bringing things into the open.

    1. Yes the power of sharing our experiences allows others the opportunity to feel where they at and to know that there is another way if they choose it.

  269. I can very much relate to looking for treatments that offered me relief before meeting Serge Benhayon. We know the exact practitioner to go to who will pander and offer us the greatest relief without asking us to be more. Serge meets everyone in the absoluteness of who they are, nothing more and nothing less which can be confronting if we have created a life of living a duller smaller lesser self.

  270. ‘All in all, I began to find the inner life and love I so longed for and began to live it in my outer life.’ It is all inside and how lovely that your life circled round and you were given a second opportunity to work with Universal Medicine therapies

  271. ‘At times, I felt disappointed because he did not pander to me or sympathise with my problems, but would respond in a simple and clear way with the truth of what he felt was going on, without ever trying to coerce me to accept what he said. Over time I found this to be a true sense of love and care, though initially I found it very challenging.’ Truly, to not pander to someone is very loving because in it we get to feel our choices and what we have allowed. This is the ouch and challenging bit. But with Serge we also get to feel how very respectful he is, how holding he is of us to make our own choices whilst supporting us to see more clearly with what is really going on.

  272. Anonymous it feels like you have gone from flaky to solid, strong and committed. And what’s more, it’s easy to feel that there is so much more of you just around the corner.

  273. ‘I feel I have had the chance to go deeper within to find the gem that I am and to live it in the world.’ This is very beautiful – It is only when we have felt our connection to this gem and have the dedication to reconnect to it on a regular basis that we can bring a quality to our daily life and on a cellular and vibrational level make a difference.

  274. If Serge in his sessions with you, anonymous, had pushed or tried to persuade, you would probably never have felt the freedom or impulse to say yes to another esoteric practitioner. Getting space and your own time and rhythm to come to deal with certain issues makes all the difference for each of our healing processes.

  275. Sounds like a story of looking after yourself and choosing self care over the ‘I can do it by myself’ mentality. I definitely know that tension. And while your mum may have made the suggestion, it was you who said yes.

  276. Having an Esoteric Healing session is different in as much as the Practitioner does not pander, use sympathy or empathy as tools to assist in the healing. This may seem strange to some but it works.

  277. Thank you for sharing your healing journey and how in letting go of the illusion of perfection you were able to honour the gem within and let it shine out.

  278. “Through Serge Benhayon’s teachings and the regular support of esoteric practitioners of the modalities of Universal Medicine, along with regular visits to my GP and developing a loving relationship with myself and life, I have found another way of living life from the fullness and potential of who I am.” As you share here it is not just one modality alone that brings about healing but the integration of the different approaches when appropriate with the vital ingredient of one’s own willingness to heal in truth. Thank you for sharing your journey.

  279. We can always go deeper into our connection which is a very cool thing to know. Then to be honest I can find that a bit overwhelming in its endlessness but I am sure this dissipates the more committed to expressing love I am.

  280. There are just so many people (maybe all of them)in this world that could use the non pandering truth of the Universal Medicine modalities.

    1. Pandering is the fuel that keeps us in motion that doesn’t allow us to stop and feel what we are doing to our body and self!

  281. A corner stone of the healing approach of esoteric practitioners of the Universal Healing Modalities is that they do not pander to the client but rather lovingly support them with truth. For some this can be too challenging even though it is the path to true healing.

  282. Quite often we can resist healing simply because the pain of the hurts we are carrying can feel too much to return to. In my experience, it is only when the alternative to living how we have been living becomes the worse of the two options, we finally allow ourselves to go there. Whilst there may be a discomfort of feeling old wounds, when we give ourselves permission to feel them they are only fleeting if we don’t indulge and simply nominate them. It is a gorgeous feeling after to feel them clear.

  283. It is remarkable that regardless of what we choose and how often we decide to abandon our inner awareness and succumb to the external enticement, demands or pressures, we have an inner pull toward the truth. And it is uncanny that whenever we decide we are ready there it is, an open door with support for us to heal, connect, re-claim ourself and go deeper.

  284. When we hear the truth we can feel it in our body however uncomfortable we are about the choices we have made.

  285. “It looked like an easy fun-loving life on the surface, though I felt there was something amiss in my life.” I wonder how many people feel like this when they are honest.

  286. Esoteric healing is like a can opener! It allows us to open tins we have sealed up within us that contain undealt with secrets; that we have created buried time capsules. At times there are cans within cans that expose another level. We just need to choose to address and acknowledge that which we have tried to ignore.

  287. Pandering and sympathising confirm us in the comfort of our own choice and it’s not that we think that it is love or care, but that it is exactly what we are demanding, and when truth comes knocking at the door we take cover.

  288. I love that you have exposed that life can appear like we have everything but if what we are living is not truly loving, caring and connected to our divine essence then it is always going to feel like something is missing. We have a responsibility to get honest and take apart all that we are living on the outside and remove what is not true and then the pathway will be clearer to begin our return to soul.

  289. This is true and lasting healing and change: when we learn to go beyond the pictures in our minds of wanting to be fixed by someone or something, and understand that only we can heal ourselves, through our own volition and willingness to be honest about our issues and our ‘stuff’.

  290. Superb confirmation of the real power of Universal Medicine Healing Modalities and the down to earth approach that empowers us to face the true consequences of how we have chosen to live life and what we can do about them. Thank you for sharing your journey and your vulnerabilities. Not an easy thing to do but something that I absolutely know has arisen from the healing you have done on your self supported by the deep care of the Esoteric Practitioners you have worked with.

  291. Thank you for sharing your story, it’s quite a journey to return to our soul, to our inner most self, and learn how the absence of this connection has impacted our lives. Once we reconnect there is a sense of wholeness again, like an anchor holding us in life. I’ve always known something was missing in my self healing, although I did the best I could it wasn’t until I found the work of Serge Benhayon and Esoteric Medicine that I found the missing piece. For me Esoteric Medicine works very well with Western Medicine giving me a more complete picture of what is happening in my body and why, it addresses me as a whole person not just as a physical being.

  292. Thank you for sharing your experiences and what you have learned over time with your own healing. What I appreciated most about what I read was that even though we say hold on or no to healing at one point in our life, we keep being presented with opportunities. Love and our soul does not judge or banish anyone, it’s always there when we choose it.

    1. This also stood out for me Fiona and in many other blogs I have read regarding healing with Universal Medicine. It shows how deeply loved and held we are, and that there is no judgement or time frame for when we come back to ourselves.

    1. I agree Andrew, sometimes or a lot of the time it is not easy to hear or take in but once we do and start taking absolute responsibility for where we are at that’s when the healing can truly start.

    2. And when we are not ready to hear the truth we easily walk away and find excuses to not be part of it.

  293. To bring our innermost back out into the outermost is an unfolding path we must all undertake eventually as we begin to peel back the layers of all we have allowed to stand between us and the great love that we are.

  294. Going to someone with the need that they will fix us is a common expectation but from my experience, Esoteric Healing is nothing like that. In fact quite the opposite.

  295. What Serge Benhayon presents that is different, is that our answers lie within or we have what we need to heal.
This concept felt right to me. I had been looking outside of myself for answers, and it really was not working.
For example, I was feeling lonely and I wanted friends and a relationship.
With support from Universal Medicine I realized I was lonely because I was missing myself. When I developed a deeper connection to myself, the sense of something was missing started to leave.
Such a simply concept, but it makes sense.
We are amazing, powerful beings, claim that power and our lives will change, and then the world will change.

  296. It’s interesting how nothing can support with true healing unless we are ready to go there. It’s an incremental process that needs dedication and commitment. Knowing there is no end goal, only a forever deepening means we have to incorporate a consistent Livingness to all areas of life, but once started it is so worth appreciating the sum total of all those increments made.

  297. Being supported by people who we feel safe to open up and express with and at the same time know they will lovingly pull us up rather than pander or try to please is really valuable.

  298. I am always amazed at how much we can really turn around our lives with a real committment to face what it is we are creating and and healing the root issues. The deep love and integrity lived by practitioners is so inspiring and offers us a real living person – not special – just committed to living in connection to their soul and what this can deliver.

    1. What also surprises me how quickly even bad circumstances can often be turned around.

  299. Having the support of myself, conventional medicine and the esoteric healing modalities all combined has changed my life immensely. And the lives of others as I am now more in the world than I ever have been. Beforehand I would barely do part-time work and play video games for the rest of the time.

  300. Conventional medicine has its place however seeking esoteric healing alongside we get to experience everything that is on offer towards a true healing for our body, health and well being.

  301. What you describe here is support to truly heal not just seek relief from our symptoms. This requires us to engage fully and not just expect that our practitioner provides the healing.

  302. Anonymous, I love how the cycle has gone full circle for you to be presented with the Universal Medicine Modalities once again. The lived changes of ongoing care and support and appreciation of yourself and others, reflects the gem you /we are bring a powerful and deeply inspiring quality of energy to your writing.
“But with the ongoing care and support I am now giving myself and taking responsibility for my life, along with the loving people in my everyday life, and the support of Universal Medicine practitioners, I feel I have had the chance to go deeper within to find the gem that I am and to live it in the world”.

  303. “Through Serge Benhayon’s teachings and the regular support of esoteric practitioners of the modalities of Universal Medicine, along with regular visits to my GP and developing a loving relationship with myself and life, I have found another way of living life from the fullness and potential of who I am, with health and vitality and purpose. ” Beautiful Anonymous – and I can so relate to this too.

  304. The delivery of Truth from a very high level of lived integrity is not common in the consciousness of illusion dominating the world. Truth resonates deep with in our body as a known, but long forgotten vibration which can feel extremely confronting as we are exposed to the grand deception that we have calibrated to and lived as puppets on strings, controlled by this false, ill–consciousness that is the complete opposite to the Love we are.
“Regardless of my inner struggle, meeting a man with such a high level of integrity and care was a huge blessing, as it was something I had not experienced previously in my life. Despite this, there came a point when I decided not to continue to go to see him for any more sessions. Looking back, it was because I was feeling confronted and I did not want to go any further with going within and returning to what I already innately knew, to uncover what was being presented to me”.

  305. What Serge Benhayon and other Esoteric practitioners offer is very different from what I have experienced before. I recognize the need for sympathy, pandering and relief you share in your blog and the shift that it asked me to take responsibility for what is going on in my life. Even recently after breaking up I could feel a ‘poor me’ feeling coming up instead of looking at what I had created and what I could learn from it all. The empowerment it gives to be willing to be responsible is great and I experience it also to be very good for my health.

  306. It appears that the majority people go to a healing practitioner simply “looking for relief”, someone to fix them so they can return to the way they have always been living and in the process taking no responsibility for their part in what is ‘wrong’ in their body or their lives. But in no way are Serge Benhayon and other Esoteric Practitioners there to fix anyone, or to offer relief, but to support their clients to begin the healing process for themselves; yes it’s all about taking responsibility for the way we are living and for our own healing.

    1. Pain, whether physical or emotional, just has to go as quickly as possible, without the learning and the responsibility that is on offer. We can experience this quite early in life with our parents who with the best intentions put a sweet on our sore knee or suggest other things to distract us from any pain. We can keep looking for that later in life.

    2. This is a great sum up of what it is all about, no one can heal us truly except ourselves and it is by our will and our will only that this can occur and taking responsibility for the way we have been living is the first step.

  307. The greatest story known to mankind but rarely told is the one of how our Soul keeps knocking on our door at every opportunity, offering Love. When we are ready to accept is our choice, but it’s beautiful how it never ever gives up.

    1. Thank you Joseph – a beautiful reminder that all is constellated to support our return home to the truth, harmony, stillness, love and grace that we are by original design.
Simply to deepen our awareness and presence offers the opportunity to hear and thus open the door to the invitation of the Heavenly knock of the Soul and choosing to discard the false light of protection and separation that ]has been accepted as ‘normal’ for so long.

    2. The real evil here being that there was never a door that stood between our Soul and us in the first place. We fabricated it the moment we began to pursue a spirit-led life of self creating self. As we are the master builders, we are also the master disassemblers, if and when we so choose.

    3. So beautiful Joseph, I love what you’ve shared. Our soul is constantly communicating to us and waiting for us to say yes to the love that is constantly offered.
